I was visiting Houghton back in Feb 2025 and the power steering went out on my truck. the staff helped with diagnostic and offering tools once we found the problem. Once had new clamps and a refill of steering fluid the trucks power steering was back and doing fine. And it hasn't had problem with it since.
An easy fix but when a few hundred miles from home an easily fixed problem is still very stressful. Thank you Gentlemen for all your help.

I had my oil filter fail in the parking lot of this AutoZone today. Even though the situation was frustrating, I honestly couldn’t have broken down in a better place. Every employee I spoke with was kind and helpful. They pointed me toward what I needed and even lent me tools so I could get the job done right there in the lot.
In all, Mike, the manager, and the rest of the team made the situation much more manageable. I value good customer service, so I will be returning for my automotive needs.

Went into my local AutoZone (Houghton, MI) on a weekday and was completely disgusted by the way two employees were acting. Very inappropriate behavior, made me extremely uncomfortable to where I will not be shopping there anymore. Also knowing that one of the employees was married and acting in such a vile way was very upsetting. I wasn't the only one witnessing this and I'm sure I'm not the last. Management needs to nip this behavior in the butt. Unbelievable!

When i went up on sunday i got my car scanned the worker went to there vehicle well i was waiting. very unprofessional then asked for help and she was very snarky.

What wonderful employees. The 2 that were working march 23rd, 2025. I'm not very mechanically inclined when it comes to vehicles. They are very knowledgeable and more so kindly helpful. Even just helping me with a battery before and yesterday my wife's wiper blades. Thank you for going above and beyond even in the midst of winter storms. Truly valuable employees. They won't except tips ( I wish they could), but atleast I was able to give a hug and say thank you. Greatly appreciated and job well done.

Great experience. Staff were helpful in helping me find a replacement wiper blade and putting it on my vehicle, and they also helped replace two key fob batteries. They were both super friendly and polite. I’d highly recommend shopping here.

50 minutes before closing on a negative 10 degree wind chill night in the middle of a blizzard I walked into the shop and asked for help buying and installing a new battery for my car. 20 minutes later I was on my home with the peace of mind knowing that my car will start in the frigid temps the following morning because I had a brand new battery. Needless to say, I highly recommend this store. Reasonable prices. Super friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. And willing to help on a cold snowy night just before closing. Enough said. Thanks AutoZone.
