“I love my bank. The folks are always responsive and respectful. Even in a tough conversation about loans, they make sure to explain every detail but not talk down to you. The only downside is that their oustide deposit ATMs break somewhat often, but I don't mind that much. We used to not have a deposit option at all haha.”
