Watched three different employees sharpen 7 other pairs of skates today, replace blades, take special order's, before sharpening the figure skates I brought in with two pair's of hockey skates. When they were the last pair of skates there one employee looked on every rack then reluctantly decided to sharpen the figure skates.Avoiding or pushing off unwanted work to the next guy is peak laziness. For that, you get 1 star.When three different employees look at those skates, the oldest even touched them then move on to other skates, it's laziness.Regardless of any situation.
