My son is a student @ Michigan Tech. And for the most part does all the work on his recently restored 96 F250 Diesel. There was some things he was unable to complete before he returned to Tech. Then recently his Alternator was going down. Being in the UP without our shop left him in a bind. Originally Service Manager Steve indicated that he couldn't get him in until 1/30, so he referred us to a diesel shop near by! Unfortunately they couldn't get him in until March! So we reached back out to Steve, we shipped up the parts to my Son that we knew needed replacing and Steve told us to get him his Truck as soon as parts arrived. So Wednesday we dropped it off and they worked him in... The techs indicated that we didn't need all the parts we supplied and we ran into an issue with the Alternator fitment, that Steve and his team quickly resolved! My son was able to get his truck back by Friday afternoon, all the issues had been resolved. And the final bill was very fair!! As a parent with a son just over 4 hours away to have a honest and quality shop that does everything right... needs the proper recognition. So a Big Thank you to Steve and his team @ Copper Country Ford!!!

Out of town on a snowmobile trip, brake control module issue on a 2024 f350 with 2k miles. They refused to scan and clear codes to get us home and offered an appointment 8 days away. Horrible service!

My vehicle broke down right before the Christmas holiday, and my family was heading south to be with extended family to celebrate. An older vehicle, the cost to fix just wasn't worth it. I can't thank Jennifer Sleeman enough for her help to get me into the truck I needed. It is the third vehicle I have purchased from her at CC Ford. Each experience is low stress with great questions to get me and my family into the vehicle that works best for our family at the price we need. Great buying experience where we all walk out with a smile. If you are looking for a salesperson who has your interests and needs first, look no further than Jennifer Sleeman. Thanks Jenn and Happy Holidays!

I was interesting in purchasing a FORD PROTECT extended warranty at this dealership, but at this point it is unlikely that I will do so. After 2 visits in late June and early August of 2023, and after paying $99.50 for a pre-warranty checkup, which still hasn't been done yet, I have to return once again to have a component checked for oil leaks before I can get the pre-warranty checkup done and even qualify to purchase the warranty. By the time I return in September for the next visit, it's likely that Ford will have raised the cost of the warranty plans offered, since that is the month when annual changes to such costs are published. I waited about 4 hours at this dealership during my visit in August, and while I was standing at the service window reading the voluminous Ford extended warranty documents, I was approached by an individual who appeared to by the service manager and told that I could not stand at this window because I was interrupting access of other customers. During the entire time I was standing at this service window, only one customer approached, and I did not pose any impediment to his access, since I moved to the right side of the window when he approached, and this window is wide enough to accommodate about 3 people. I had previously asked my service adviser if it was all right if I stood at the service window, and he did not indicate that this was a prohibited act. The dealer representative who berated me did not identify himself by name or job title, so I'm not sure what his role is other than to scare off customers. Once I left the service window and entered the customer waiting area, I noticed that this waiting area had a stale cigarette and skanky oil smell. I think that I would have been better off going outside. During my first visit in late June of 2023, I asked that a groaning/creaking sound I hear each time I start and stop the vehicle to be investigated. During that visit, my service invoice indicated that the technician didn't hear the noise, and during my visit in early August, I demonstrated the noise, which is very obvious, but the technician still could not locate its source or suggest a remedy. He claimed that putting the vehicle up on a hoist might identify the source of the noise. It appears that I will have to live with the noise. In past years, I have asked representatives at this dealership about the technical specifications of Motorcraft Synthetic Blend vs. Full Synthetic motor oil products, and nobody there could provide any information about the film persistence, cold flow viscosity, evaporation loss, and additive concentrations for the synthetic blend vs. the full synthetic product.

Truck went into limp mode at our cabin. Most the places didn't want to work on it because after describing the problem they thought maybe a module was going and only Ford could reprogram.Got it towed to Copper Country and they were able to look at it the next day and had it all fixed by morning. As long as they had it there had them do new plugs and water pump and they said no problem. Awesome service. I was hoping Ford would send me the survey so I could give them the best rating!

Took the vehicle in for an oil change and an inspection. I knew there were two issues with the vehicle and was vaguely aware where they were. The service team did a great job locating the issues and providing corrective actions for them. As a bonus, they got the extra work done same day, which is pretty advantageous given how busy they are. Very greatful they got me back on the road same day with all repairs done. Service reps also did a great job of providing updates and describing issues. I will be returning for future service needs.

Friendly hometown service who care about your concerns, unlike out of town dealerships who don't , especially Riverside auto Marquette and iron Mt Toyota. Stay away from those places.

I would give it a full 5-Star if the leak never occurred, but with that being said we were traveling and oil leak became significant about 3 hrs from home after just having repairs done, i called CC Ford and spoke with sales, he quickly spoke with the service manager to which he wanted my vehicle picked up by a towing company and a loaner brought to me in exchange for my vehicle. I agreed and within a couple hours we had a decent loaner vehicle to finish out our trip. Upon returning home, our vehicle was brought in right away on Monday (Friday Breakdown) and found an o-ring had torn on installation, they repaired and cleaned all the oil off from underneath my vehicle and topped the oil back off that was lost, all this at no charge to me which i felt is what they should have done and they back it. Would definitely recommend them to others and will be back in the future!

Copper Country Ford exceeded my expectations on the repair of my 2018 F150. Service department kept me updated on the repair status and the dealership gave me a loaner vehicle. I live 90 miles from Copper Country Ford, (with other Ford Dealers closer to me). I chose Copper Country Ford for there exceptional customer service and talented service department. I highly recommended Copper Country Ford, they are the “Home of the real deal”.

Pros: The staff was very polite and they initially seemed committed to figuring out what was wrong with my truck.Needless to say i have little to no faith now in their abilities to diagnose or fix even the simplest things. I had been having ongoing issues with the power steering/ABS on my 2017 F150 that i explained were progressively getting worse with time. The first time i brought it to them with an appointment the lights had turned off by the time they got me in the shop, and i told them all it takes is driving it around. They were unable to recreate the issues and returned it to me without looking into it any further. Few weeks later with the issues occurring every time i drive anywhere i bought it to them on a whim to see if they could read the codes which they did try to do with a hand held code reader. The shop squeezed me in simply took apart my TCCM without explaining why they thought that may be causing the issue, and then proceeded to tell me it would cost $500 to replace but they couldn’t guarantee if that would solve the problem! Thank goodness i declined because they charged me $400 to do nothing to it and when i took it to a local shop, that shop figured out what was wrong the same day!! Copper country fords diagnostic abilities are seriously lacking, and if i need to bring my truck to a dealership for any reason in the future I’ll be making the drive to Big Valley or MQT.
