Some of the workers know what their talking about but when I looked at the website for the iPhone 11 already a customer and upgrading my phone it's $500 but when I called a lady said it's $400 soo I don't really know if the site is updated or not

The girls who took care of me skipped a step and I ended up having to pay for the mistake. Their corporate line isnt any help. I would rather get a pay as you go phone. The workers are horribly trained and u can make a complaint but nothing will come of it. Horrible service

After dealing with the rude and condescending manager in our local area I would not recommend Cricket. I would rather pay more for good customer service then deal with a manager that either doesn't know or just doesn't give you all the information needed, causing you to waste your time making multiple trips and phone calls.

Valerie, the manager, incredibly patient and kind in dealing with elderly customers like me with little phone knowledge. Absolutely no condescension in her demeanor. Very knowledgeable and very polite. She actually cares about her customers. Can you believe that in this day and age?

This is the last place I'd ever recommend going... Spent 3 days with no service after adding a line.. hours on the phone... Just to be told it was their mistake... Ya I knew that being I've never been late on a bill.. ever... Your more likely to get the right order from Burger King then getting good service from this place... You definitely get less then you pay for here...
