Houghton office has no office hours. Online "schedule" said open Wednesday at 9am, but sign in front door said closed. Drive by there almost daily and just wanted to pay my bill, get a small bbq tank filled. Can't do any of these when it's always CLOSED! Very frustrating.

Order propane and takes over two weeks for delivery and its no longer winter season. Apparently orders dont process immediately when paid. Not sure why takes so long. Guess i should.order and pay month ahead. May not have enough staff. Told them when ordered at 12 percent now furnace not running. My other home use a diffetent distributor always receive within 3 days. Called today and still no delivery date set. ?

We loved Ferrellgas when our old friend was around. He cared, listened, got to know us. Now? Since he's left and my gram passed? - 5 years. "Ferrell" has refused to put my Elderly mother on the call list, every year. Refused to inform us ahead a time before we run out of propane. The two of us have severe health issues. Me epilepsy, her chronic health. We've been without propane now for 7 days! Our house is Freezing, they're located an hour away, and the excuse is that "they don't have any routes in this area." This, is a business that Does NOT care! They know that my severe Seizures have gotten worse. Now totalling up to 20 a day. (Which I had to have brain surgeries for.) Too many seizures can result in SUDEP. Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy. If I die, it's on THEM.Lesson: Do NOT pay Ferrellgas beforehand.DON'T trust these people. They don't care if you freeze.

Worst!!! Filled our tank 1st time no problem, revieved bill...paid it right away...just went to fill again and was told have to prepay...why??? Was told a new person billed us 1st time and wsdnt suppose too....yeah right what a joke!!!!

The customer service is horrible. The extra feed and rates are ridiculous. I would suggest to anyone that they should go with a local provider. I know I will from now on.
