Very few convenient hours opened for customer service. For the cost of shipping, not customer friendly at all.

Ups no longer makes deliveries. 4 packages in a row were dropped off at the ups store instead of delivering. They used to deliver, FedEx delivers every time, usps delivers every time so I know the address is good. My guess is a new lazy driver.

Ups driver in Tapiola needs to be fired. The speed he drives down gravel roads is unacceptable. I fear for my children's and pets lives.
