Independent Bank is a Michigan-based bank that has served customers and communities for over 150 years. The team at the Howard City branch is fantastic and amazing, providing great customer service. They are professional and go above and beyond expectations, offering support and follow-through. They help walk through difficult things and get customers started on new accounts. This branch is highly recommended for both personal and business accounts.
Good local people who like to help their customers or however they can each time I've been there. Been with them for more than 25 years and never had a reason to want a different bank. Great small town bank.
