If I could give this a 0 I would. Never buy a car from this place. I have only owned my car for about a year and a half and have had to bring it into the shop 10+ times for major repairs. When I bought this car, I asked to have a warranty, and they said they do not do any warranties and to just bring the car to them if anything happens. not even 1,000 miles into owning this car my check engine light turned on, but I moved to Detroit, so I thought no point in driving all the way back, I'll just take it to a shop near me. Since that happened, I have now put well over what I owe on the vehicle into repairs due to the sheer quality of vehicles this place sells.
This is a scam dealership that sells bad used vehicles. Never buy a car from here.

Went here on a Saturday they were closed and by appointment only Kevin sent a text message that the torrent was still for sale and would see us Monday we get to the dealership a gentleman gives us the keys for a test drive we come back tell them we want it they say sorry we took a down payment on Saturday but the vehicle is still for sale on the web site pretty shady watch out

I bought truck as is and 6 DAYS later won't start. No agreement to help with repair. I understand "as is" purchase but 6 DAYS is ridiculous! If I wouldn't get arrested I would have towed into the office building and sat right in front of the sales desk.

DONT SPEND YOUR TAX REFUND HERE, BAD BUSINESS PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!! This place was a recommendation, My wife and I purchased vehicle end of August 2023 which the engine light came on while we were driving it home & engine started stuttering a bit, took it to a mechanic common code came up which lead us to a full tune up, mechanic did complete tune up but stated that it looks like it recently had a tune up done, few hours later engine light came on again. Took vehicle to a reputable local auto shop for further inspections and testing come to find out our motor is no good & possibly car lot company tried to cover it up. The CAMS were so wore that more than usual amount of metal shavings were at the bottom of the oil pan and with the fresh oil change sticker from the lot itself seize to amaze me, as soon as we found this out we contacted car lot and the spineless salesman Mitch practically blew us off said that he would need to contact the owner, not really sure if owner got involved or Mitch just said that. Vehicle still in shop awaiting a motor(November 27th 2023). Owner or Mitch showed no sympathy or relief due to the fact that we used a shop near us in GR than one of his choice near Howard City unfortunately the vehicle was undrivable at this point and sunk a ton of money into it right off the bat( BTW this lot is so cheap that they replaced the brake pads but left the old warped rotors). Pics Provided by our mechanic. Local Media station is interested in our situation and has asked us for documentations leading from our purchase.

Great customer service. Normally never take my vehicles to any other places than places I trust. Been doing business on multiple of my owned vehicles over the years and it's always great work never one problem. I've bought one vehicle from them as well and it was in great shape for the price. Never a problem the whole time I owned it. Highly recommend!

I’ve bought three cars from different dealers and my cars always had a fresh oil change and full tank of gas. You would think for what they just charged my sister on a vehicle they would do the same. Instead the car the sold her was 300 miles over needing an oil change and 7 miles to E.

Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation… ended up having one of my studs stripped and a different one snapped off. They denied responsibility, and I PAID to get what they broke, fixed.Once I got home (after they “fixed” it) I inspected the other front left wheel, and not to my surprise I found another stripped stud. Brought it back and they denied responsibility again. Argued for awhile before they agreed to fix this one for free.They are all fixed, but I paid for the one side, and found damage later on that same day, which is not acceptable. Luckily they fixed the last one for free, but I have yet to inspect the rest of my car.
