Loyalty with customers is a huge part of making sure your business is running the best it can be but what equally important is the loyalty you have with your EMPLOYEES!!!!! A person who puts their all into their work for YEARS should not be someone you just toss out the door! Will not be back at a business that does value the hard work people put into their store.

What an awesome hardware store! For a small town like Howard City, this store has nearly everything needed for most projects. Plus, there's a craft & hobby section!
Employees are helpful and willing to assist finding anything in the store.
Store has a nice selection of lumber also.

Great local hardware store, bigger than one would expect, and super friendly and helpful staff. Odds are, they have what you need or they’ll help you get it.
Update: there was an issue with a discontinued product line. They did what they needed to make it right. Good people.

This place reliably has everything I need, whether it's for my home, business or most of my automotive needs. One of my favorite things about this place is the fact that within seconds of walking in the door there is a helpful employee eager to help me find exactly what i need.
