Store was clean, and all the flavors were working for the slurpees. The Attendent was great. I believe his name was Andrew. Recommend this 711 for sure 👏

This locaton continues to undeliver in quality an service for what has to be years at this point I know for a fact that the bread and butter for places like this is their coffee and food sales which this place has to be missing Huge opportunity on most of the people I know I've stopped shopping there for food almost entirely due to the fact they can never seem to have hot food ready for when the factories go on lunch at this rate the only thing that this location is good for is gas and that's beginning to be questionable just look at their crumbling infrastructure might need to go to the shop if I drive through there too many times

I asked the cashier if there was a container for nachos he said no and get out of the store !! I work nights and 7- Eleven has always been a good place to go for snacks or a hot dog but not this time the man working at night is very rude the place is not clean nasty food if there is any is old and cold please fix this

Was traveling and not in my area and needed directions. The short guy with a beard had customers in the location at the time and politely told me he would help me when he finished the line of customers. Once he finished, he went outside with me and explained the two driveways of the store and how to get onto the highway from there and which lanes to stay in. He pointed out the light on the corner of the store and go go through it and stay in the right lane towards lansing. Very helpful and polite. I'm moving to this area and will definitely be back just because my experience was amazing.

Hands down this has to be the worst 7/11 I have ever come across. You can never get a gas receipt at the pump you always have to walk inside. Secondly the prices on the shelf do not line up with what your items scan for WATCH OUT! Conveniently the restroom is always outta order. I wouldn't dare eating anything prepared by them, this establishment is far from clean.

Easy in and out, can be seen from Grand River, parking lot is well lit. Inside has a lot to be desired. It can be VERY dirty inside and the workers can be kind of cold to customers, but this isn't very often.

The place in trashed. It used to be clean every time I went in but not anymore. Today there was no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. Only a couple items on the heat rollers and nothing in the hot case. Drink lids laying all over. Meanwhile one worker was eating taco bell behind the counter while the other was running the register. Who's running that store because the need to be more involved?

The reason for this review is not based at all upon interactions with employees… Purchased fuel, went inside to use the restroom, absolutely disgusting. Roll of toilet paper sitting on the floor. Soap dispenser empty. Sink full of soap scum. Dried soap running down the wall near the dispensers. Keep in mind, this location serves food… The employees are using the restroom with no soap. Unbelievable, that 7-Eleven doesn’t hold their franchisees to higher standards.

I went here the other day, and usually I don’t have a bad experience depending on who works- but this day in particular I walked in to all three of the staff standing behind the counter playing on their phones. The roller hot dogs were disgustingly over cooked, and the taquitos and buffalo rollers were severely undercooked. I actually got food poisoning.. not to mention the coffee was burnt, the floors had stuck on napkins and slurpee everywhere and every slurpee nozzle was horribly caked with the syrup. Definitely left a bad impression on someone who has worked for 7-11 for almost 10 years.

You know, normally I wouldn't leave a review on a gas station. I just never have I guess anyway. But every time I have come into the store they have treated me right and everyone is usually in a good mood. But today was interesting in itself as I went to purchase a gallon of milk and the gentleman that was working actually told me after I checked out that he didn't bring the milk up because it was expired and he would go check for more. Unfortunately there was no milk lol. That wasn't expired as it was August 7th and that was the sell-by date. Just wanted to put that out there because he caught that and I was paying no attention
