If I could go lower I would. We rented a soft serve ice cream machine that froze the mixture. We followed the instructions but the machine was faulty and they must know this because the owner offered to take half off and give us the other half as a credit towards a future rental. Why would I rent your equipment again if it didn’t work the first time! He refuses to give us a complete refund. I will never rent from them again and I will warn others to not rent from them either.

I've rented from A-1 in Howell three times, and have been pretty disappointed with the two most recent rentals. Most of the equipment is old (like, VERY old) and in poor condition, yet they charge the same or more as other local rentals. When you tell them that you had an issue with the equipment not working as expected, they just kind of shrug. There are a couple of other local rental places that have much nicer, newer equipment for the same price or less. I won't be going back to this location.

These guys are so friendly and informative. Very helpful. We’ve rented from them them for 2 different special occasions and they are very professional and they’ve got everything you need!

Not good. Rented from this place got to job site runs terrible. Called shop to ask last time they sharpened it and was told beginning of the season......its September. Poor maintenance of equipment, they obviously do not respect other people's time and money invested. Went to home depot who handled it just fine with a great piece of equipment.FYI home depot informed us they get a ton of people who have bad experiences at a1.Fix and maintain your equipment guys, or just don't rent it. It's the right thing to do. We respect your time and effort and try to support you as a local business owner. I'd hope you would do the same.You were kind on the phone and appeared helpful but this was not cool

A1 rent all is nothing short of amazing. Gary, Mary and Andy have always rented combat 1 top notch equipment including use of their awesome truck. Highly recommended buisness ran by highly classy people!! Five stars!!!

Rented a pontoon trailer from A-1. Andy and Gary were both extremely helpful and courteous. Easy, smooth process. I'd easily rent from them again and recommend to family/friends.

If there was ever a business that gives you family like vibes it’s this one. The generosity my company has received from the Howell location is too much to describe in one post. If you ever need any type of rental stuff for events I highly suggest using A-1 Rent All

The best part is the people working there. Nowadays, I really hate going into a place that I really don't know exactly what I'm looking for because most employees get frustrated and it shows. . However the 2 young men were not only understanding, but let me know exactly what I needed and loaded everything. At a great price too. I didn't expect that. Friendly and genuine people.

I had a pull along trailer that I was struggling to back up to pick up items. Gentleman working there was so nice! Helped me back up the trailer and helped me load my items. So extremely grateful!

5 stars! I rented a 20x30 pole tent, 4 large round tables and 35 folding chairs from A-1 and got it all for less than I was quoted anywhere else for the tent alone. They allow you to pick up and set up yourself, which saves a TON of money, if you're willing to put in an extra half hour to put it all up yourself. I saw a complaint about the chairs and tables somewhere, no issues here. The gray folding chairs folded and worked great as chairs. The tables showed wear, but they were sturdy and accepted table cloths just fine, as I'd expect from any rental table. I'll definitely use A-1 again
