The best at what they do. I order delivery online and you set your date and then they respond back when delivery has been made. I have had to call them about my account and they are always willing do go the extra mile to accommodate me. I had a tank that was bad and they were right there and replaced with their expertise personnel. 5 Star service.

We will be informing AmeriGas that we will be canceling our agreement before we even get our first tank of propane due to complete nonperformance on their part. We made an appointment for the initial fill of our tank, which was at 30% when we bought our home in Howell. Got a window of 1-5 PM on the appointment day. As we were not yet occupying the home, I went and sat at an empty house for four hours. They didn't show. I called the office. I got a woman who made an excuse, saying, "They must have had an emergency." I said, "And nobody could call and let me know?" She said, very annoyed, "If they're having a gas EMERGENCY and a customer is IN DANGER, they might not have had a chance to call yet!" My thought was, "So why weren't YOU calling me, then?" However, I made an appointment for their next available time, six days away.I have now sat here again for another four-hour period and AGAIN.... they did not show. My husband chatted with their online chat customer service at 5:32, 32 minutes after our appointment window expired. We were told we'd get a call within two hours, guaranteed. Can you guess what happened? If you said, "No phone call," you guessed right. To top it off, we just got an email saying our service appointment had been completed! You've got to be kidding me! It would almost be funny if it wasn't so pathetic. Obviously, no truck showed up, and no gas is in our tank. We are now waiting on perma-hold on the phone (going on 30 minutes now) while my husband is sending an email stating that we are canceling our agreement. This company is completely unreliable. If it was winter, we'd freeze to death before anyone at AmeriGas showed up. Wish I could give negative stars.

I ordered it online, when we went to the cottage a week later gas was full and no problems.

TERRIBLE….. if we hadn’t already invested the money in our tank WE WOULD SWITCH to another company. Liars liars liars… we accidentally overpaid by $600 and “they say” the overage check is in the mail…… after 3 long and maddening phone calls. We still have nothing in the way of a check. This has been going on for 2 months. TERRIBLE C/S… even when speaking with a manager!!!!!!!!!!

They have the WORST customer service. I have called them 6 times now trying to get them to stop filling my tank. After speaking to a manager, I was told they would take the gas back and cancel the bill, but they filled my tank again. So unsatisfied. After the tank is empty, I’m switching providers.

Like many other people, I am forced to write a negative review because of poor customer service over the phone, from placing an order to scheduling and billing. It's just too difficult to do everything required. I spend 15-30 minutes on the phone and countless hours wasted with back and forth email communication between my AP department, plant manager, and other related departments affected when our fork trucks run out of propane. 7-10 days to wait for a delivery is too long. I have 20-40 bottles on-site, depending on the time of year. I wish I could speak to someone at a local branch; that will be a requirement for my next LP vendor.

Can never get a local person on the phone. Always having to talk to someone from another country that you can’t understand. Long term customer going in a different direction now.

Called 1-800 number talk to somebody couldn't even understand tried to find me a place to fill my RV and she's telling me to go to tractor supply and I already called them and said they didn't. And funny I was trying to get a hold of an AmeriGas place that is supposedly located right down the road. But she couldn't even tell me about that. Not good would not recommend
