I absolutely love Anytime fitness. The manager rocks, and exceedingly personable. The gym is always open, I don’t have to worry about them being closed for certain Holidays. Friendly atmosphere where members actually become friends. Love it.

John at Anytime fitness is so wonderful to work with. He took his time showing me the facility and set up a meeting with a trainer Chad. Chad makes working fun. He knows just how he can push me so I reach my fitness goals. I highly recommend Anytime fitness!!!!!

I was a member of AF for 10 years, and at this location for 5. New owners from out of state took over a year ago and things were fine at first. Prices increased at the beginning of 2024, yet we were never provided updates on future equipment upgrades or renovations.
I am historically not someone who complains often. In 5 years, I think I only spoke to the previous on-site manager, Will, once about a personal concern (and was pleased with his response).
A couple of months ago, I wrote a lengthy but respectful email outlining multiple items and sent it to management and the owners. I managed a 24 hour emergency facility for 5 years, and can empathize with the complications, complexities, and stress of a business thats open all 24/7/365. However, I never received a response, not even an acknowledgment of my email. So after a week, I decided to cancel my membership. Why would I want to give over $700 a year to a franchise that can't form a professional response to an email sent by a loyal member?
My recommendation to the owners is to ensure your on site managers receive adequate training, and that you respond to someone within a reasonable time frame. Unless you just generally don't care about the people lining your wallets. Which was the impression I walked away with.

This place is over priced, under managed, horrible customer skills, runs out of basic necessities to keep the equipment clean regularly, and they will cancel your membership if you bring up concerns or return a survey they requested. People are cancelling like crazy as they realize they are paying way too much for too little at a gym managed by millennials that can’t handle criticism. Get an Endeavor membership and black card at Planet and have tons of variety, tanning, massage, etc for less than this Anytime.

We feel welcomed and everyone is extremely friendly and available to answer any questions we may have. The facility is always clean and kept up extremely well. Hats off to the staff!
