The is the worst urgent care I have ever been to!! Dr was super rude and before even looking at me was gonna prescribe me an antibiotic that my chart clearly states I'm allergic to. Also billed my insurance wrong and won't take care of a bill that was a mess up on their part!!! Said it was past the time but I never had anything stating they needed my "secondary" insurance Wouldn't even give this place 1 star!

Was very quick and the doctor who examined me was very nice and made sure everything was well understood and taken care of.

This is the worst service I have ever had. Howell office. Went and payed cash had a test done. I have called multiple times for my results. The dr has never called me back. The receptionist sent me to his phone and even though she said he was right with her he ignored my calls.

The doctor is great but the receptionist is rude and terrible at her job. Don't bother scheduling an appointment here because when you come in for your appointment they say that they don't even have you on the schedule. And there's nobody here to help you with what you were scheduled for. Well that's dumb. Why did you schedule me for that today if there was nobody here for that today?

Very pleasant and friendly staff. Little bit of a wait, but it was super busy and they moved through patients at a decent pace. Would go back again!

Dr. A and the rest of the staff were extremely nice and patient. They made my child, who is slightly nervous with anything medical, very comfortable. We went on a Sunday morning and the wait was minimal. We will definitely use this urgent care in the future.

Absolutely best urgent care I have ever been to… my wife went to another nearby urgent care earlier this week and our experiences could not have been more different.Everyone I interacted with from the receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were all so helpful, kind and genuinely seemed to care about helping me feel better.I will only be coming to this urgent care anytime I am unwell in the future!

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this walk in clinic. The nurse that checked me in made some inappropriate political comments. It doesn't matter what your opinions are, it's not really appropriate to discuss your political views with patients. Secondly, the doctor did not take me seriously at all. He ignored my description of my symptoms, refused to refer me to any other doctor or specialist, told me that he didn't know what was wrong, but that he wanted to write a prescription on a random chance a med might help the issue he didn't have a diagnosis for with a lot of side effects, and then never even sent the prescription in to the pharmacy.I went somewhere else a day later, got a correct and fast diagnosis with a doctor who actually listened to me, recognized my symptoms, and was on my way to healing within a week with good advice and no inappropriate prescriptions, and no, the med he wanted to prescribe was not the correct solution for my case. Going here was a waste of time and money.

Dr Mir Asghar is hands down the best, most caring, thorough doctor I have ever seen…and I have been lucky to have many excellent doctors in my life. He is amazing and so is his staff. They are kind and professional and always try to help.

About three months ago I was having some health issues and went to the urgent care and was seen by Tetyana. She thought I could be diabetic so we drew some blood sent it off to the lab and sure enough I was. For the past three months, working closely with Tetyana . We are on track to get my diabetes under control. I called up there with crazy questions and she always has time to call me back and explain things to me, truly grateful for everything she’s doing for me and I really feel they care for the health and well-being of the people who go there For medical treatment. The desk staff if also wonderful!Thank you for thanking such good care of me and this communityPaula

They fail to do any kind of follow up and you have to call in order for them to have any kind of follow through. My work sent them paper work and they failed to fill out and send it in and now I'm in trouble because of their incompetence. Doctor was dismissive and wrote off all other pain. Terrible service all around. Hate this place.
