Traveling salesman, Bryan, was aweful. Very nice when we were switching to AT&T but 3 days later with a horrible experience Bryan wasn’t so nice switching back. He gave the Wrong acct #….. he gave me the wrong transfer pin. Hours later and it still not right. Terrible customer service, terrible tech support. All around crappy company in my opinion. Do yourself a favor stay away from AT&T

You have to be brain dead to use AT&T. Calls don’t go through, customer service non-existent. Fiber internet at 10mbs, this place is a joke.

Only 1 person working waited over 20 minutes, I was told one thing i got my bill and it was way different then I was told.

1 star is too many. HORRIBLE SERVICE! We were told to go to Walmart for a phone which we did then David told me us to come back and he'd help us out and we were told we needed a corporate store as DAVID did NOTHING to help! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. AT&T IS HORRIBLE.

I was at the Howell store this week to get a new phone, I was on pay as you go with a out dated phone, I switched plan and got a new phone, I wanted to keep old phone number, it was a bit of an ordeal but David and Kyle were awesome getting it done for me. They had to spend alot time working on it which I greatly appreciate. Thank you so much for all of your help!

Highly recommend Kyle. I needed a little extra help transferring a phone number. I really am not tech savvy- Kyle remained super patient and helpful through the process.

Kyle is outstanding!!!! he is the only one at the AT&T store and he has the patience of an angel. He acknowledges the people that are waiting while he’s working with the client at that time. He is very polite, knowledgeable, passionate about what he does.
I rate him 10 stars plus!!!!
