This specific store is in my top 3 worst restaurants I've ever been to. Yes, it truly is that bad. They are ALWAYS, ALWAYS out of everything I want to order. Every. Single. Time. I have actually preprogrammed myself to expect their greeting to be, "unfortunately, we are out of that item tonight." Their manager has to be one of the worst in the entire industry, because their ability to maintain healthy inventory levels must be 0%.Someone needs to hold this store accountable. It's just unnacceptable to keep this going for the entire time I've moved to Howell.

I have never been to a Baskin Robbins that hardly has any ice cream. The last month I have went to get ice cream 1-2 times a week and they only have a handful of flavors!! They literally didn’t have vanilla tonight!!!!!! How do you not have vanilla ice cream!!! This is definitely the worst Baskin Robbins ever I will go to a gas station for ice cream before coming back here. I will say the employees try their best to make you happy but without ice cream it’s hard to do their job!

Man working later tonight had no respect as well as filled are ice cream full of hot fudge after us being told we can't be told the flavors and me asking again politely. Then after even asking if we want all of are toppings and naming them off didn't even put them on. Waste of money and time.

Stopped by for a scoop of ice cream tonight and a couple donuts for Sunday morning. We tried to go in and the kids behind the counter told us their lobby was closed. So we got back in our car and got in the drive thru. No list of flavors so we look it up online and they had none of the same flavors. So the kid rattles the list off and we pick 2 flavors. Same problem with the donuts. Then when we finally get our ice cream it's not even the right ice cream!! Then as we were pulling away people were coming and going into the lobby, where we had just been kicked out!

The nicest young lady there helped me, She wrote her name down as I had also asked for an application. She is from the Mug & Bop's Location in Howell, She works midnights, and was delightful. She made my coffee specifically the way I asked and I actually am still enjoying it. "Little Sips Go A Long Way"... New ad~ ?~ Blessings my friends, Stay Happy Stay Healthy, and for Pete's sake get out in this darn rain and get some Hot/Warm/ or cold coffee at Bask in Robin's, and The good old Dunk in Donut's!.

Horrible staffing issue, there is only ever one person working when i go, and they tell me they have like 5 flavors of ice cream out. At a baskin robbins. If you’re open 24 hours why were the other flavors even put away to begin with???? Just close if its going to be so horrible.

I know things happen where they may have to close the lobby, for various reasons. It shouldn't be a problem since they have a drive thru, but it was a huge problem both times I went here recently. The first time, I was ordering a dozen donuts. They didn't have a sign showing what kind they currently had so when I asked, the girl at the speaker seemed put out to have to name them all off. Then we ended up with a few we didn't even want. The second time, we wanted to get ice cream. Again the lobby was closed, the sign they have at the drive thru doesn't show what flavors they have so when I asked, the girl at the speaker said "well we have 24 flavors, what are you looking for?" I paused for a second because: A) I don't work at Baskin Robbins/Dunkin' Donuts so I don't know what flavors they have. B) We don't get ice cream here that often so I don't have a "favorite flavor" or go-to. And C) Why couldn't she take a minute to just run down the list since there wasn't anyone in front or in back of us? It made me so frustrated, I decided that we would just go somewhere else so I just drove off. When I drove by the window the girl was looking out, laughing. Not sure if she was laughing because they just lost a customer, or that someone would just drive away. Regardless, I'm never going back to this location. If they have that many flavors and they need to close the lobby, they could at least type up a page of what they currently have and tape it to the sign outside or employ people that actually want to do their job and can run down a list without giving a total attitude. Their coffee drinks are always way too sweet or not sweet at all...there's no in between. The breakfast sandwiches are mediocre at best with this chain. Definitely not worth the aggravation to get over priced coffee drinks, breakfast & ice cream.

I would give zero stars if I could. This location just keeps degrading their service each year. Here's a tip to the owner of this business: when someone orders two scoops, GIVE THEM TWO SCOOPS! Handing over a sundae with barely one scoop and then arguing with the customer about it, means something is seriously wrong with your business model. Do everyone a favor and go out of business.

Decided to grab a late night snack around 11pm the other night (3/18/2021). No one else was there when we walked in. My husband and I decided 2 scoops of ice cream each. The girl who waited on us seemed to be impatient and didn't say a word to us, just stood there staring at us waiting for our order. She did not have her mask on properly and was wearing it under her nose. Nothing to make a big deal about except they have signs everywhere stating how the staff and store are taking extra precautions with extra cleanings and mask wearing. When it came time to pay my husband stood in front of the open register and the employee went to the other one to ring us up. Didn't say a word to us and proceeded to give us the total. The register she was on had a sign that said please use other register and she said nothing, grabbed it, looked at it, and moved it to the other register. Other than receiving our ice cream relatively fast, it felt like a disappointing trip to say the least.
