I never go in there anymore because i’m tired of being harassed by the workers everywhere I walk in the store but I did go in because my mom had a 18.95 free item coupon to use and wasn’t going to use it so it got given to me. Well I go in and start getting talked to by one of the workers and told her I had the coupon and she tells me I can get basically anything in the store and starts showing me things. Well she showed me the 3 wick candles and they’re on sale so I could use my coupon, ok cool great. Then after taking forever to decide I go up to the register and try to use the coupon on the candle… “you can’t use these on sale items only full priced” mind you the majority of the store is on sale and I just spent forever looking at things I couldn’t even get. I start looking again and then the same worker goes “you’re still here?” and then I replied “yeah because I tried to get a candle and I couldn’t so i’m back looking” she says “oh yeah you can’t use the coupon on sale price items” oh did that make me so frustrated. She probably came up to me 5-6 times while I walked around for 15 mins looking at different things and decided to finally tell me that then? How irritating. She ended up finally selling me some cream because I just wanted to leave she was putting hand cream and stuff all on my arms I obviously was irritated but oh well can’t say I didn’t expect this

So many new products are easily affordable. Warm reception is always in assistance. Accommodating staff. Lots of varieties to choose from with perfect sale. I am a frequent long-term customer who can't compare BBW products with any other. They're just too perfect for all occasions. Can't do without them. My first choice. Love the diffetent fragrances.
