As a technician Ive seen multiple cars come in from this shop with loose drain plugs and other issues. While getting an oil change on my partners vehicle at a shop I trust, oil was low, drain plug was not torqued properly, and leaking. Will make sure I remind him that quick and cheap isn't always better.

I had such a great experience at Big Ray’s Lube today! Lance was amazing — so kind, courteous, and genuinely helpful from the moment I pulled in. He was quick and efficient while still taking the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find service that’s both fast and friendly, but Lance delivered both. Highly recommend!

My fiance brought her car in for an oil change and when she got home we found all of her oil had leaked onto the ground. I went in after the holiday and told the manager about the situation and he was more than accommodating to fix the car and the situation. They sent one of the techs to my house and found the issue and fixed it at no extra cost and even cleaned up the bottom of my engine bay.
Overall I was obviously upset about the car but they earned my trust and respect back by how they handled it and fixed it. 5/5 customer service.
