They had my 23 Maverick for 2 days to do a recall for the trailer running lights. Either they didn't bother to do the recall or did it improperly. Luckily someone posted the recall steps online so I'll spend the money for parts and do it myself.

Bob Maxey Ford has an employee by the name Chase Vines who is dishonest and untrustworthy. You will absolutely be let down by this person. If he is so low that his honesty and trust is in question I wouldn't spend any money here. There are plenty of other dealers to buy from.

I bought my last vehicle here and always bring it in for service as needed. Each time I come in, the staff is super friendly and helpful, wanting to ensure my personal experience is great. I can see that demeanor in everyone I come across.For today, it was a simple key fob battery replacement, which took a total of 5 minutes.In addition, the Service Manager looked up all recalls I had and let me know how much time it would take when I bring my Mustang back. Again, super helpful and I did that knowledge exchange while I was waiting on my fob battery replacement.Now that I know the duration they will need to service the car, it was very easy for me to schedule an appointment yet this week.I would recommend Bob Maxey for not only a vehicle purchase but also for any service the vehicle may need over time.

Replaced my transmission, had my car back when they said it would be ready. Al the service people very polite and helpful .I rate them A+

Stay away from this ford dealership. Horrible service center. Worst customer service I've ever had. Bought a brand new SUV and they don't care to do any service. These people in the service department should not be dealing with the public.

BUYER BEWARE- total scam!!Signed a purchase agreement and ordered a car with A plan. I was told by the salesman that if the car came in - in 7 months, and the price was higher, I would not owe the difference and my lease payment would remain as agreed. Car came in, tried to charge me $30 more per month. They admitted they made a mistake but they would not give me the car for agreed upon price. I walked out after the finance manger was yelling at me, "Haven't you ever made a mistake?" Yes- coming here as a customer.

A deer hit our car and our usual collision shop wasn't available for months. Bob Maxey was able to get us in much sooner for repairs. They did a phenomenal job and I was impressed by their cleaning. (I helped detail cars for my Dad's shop as a kid) I will be going to Bob Maxey for collision repair from now on!Services: Body & Trim

Since two of their service manager’s have left they don’t have good customer service, they have increased cost of inspecting cars or trucks by double and good luck on getting your vehicle done quickly. You will BE paying much higher price’s then their competitors. Unhappy customer after over 20 years of purchasing, 3 explorers, Montego and a few others. Here I come Brighton Ford for a new F-150.

Was very happy with interaction until the "management policies" kicked in on payments. While they don't abide by their contracts with Credit Card partners, they do to their own policies that fall in their favor. Even the owner Mike Maxey called and is willing to lose customer over these unpublished and undisclosed management policies. Very disappointed in this dealership.

Took over 3 months on a simple insurance claim and missed some stuff then expected me to pay for it. $2200 plus deductible. Poor customer service and shop techs have a huge lack of knowledge.

I purchased a used car with help from Michael Cain. The experience was okay. I felt he was very eager to help me and communicated frequently. However, I feel he really missed some opportunities to sell the car and I was delighted to find that it had options I wanted after purchasing. This was my first experience buying from a dealership and as a woman in her thirties expected some sexist comments here and there and overlooked a few and a lot of over helping. Once I had signed all the paperwork and was waiting in the office for the title and such is when it really hit the fan. Michael asked me if I needed to rush home to make sure dinner was ready for my husband when he gets home. Another salesman that was across the room felt the need to yell over and ask me what my tattoo was of, a quarter sized tattoo that about 1/10 of was visible. If you know what you are looking for, this dealership is okay. I would suggest not going alone if you're a woman.

I purchased a brand new car from here and within 5 months I needed a new transmission. Took it here for service and issue was not resolved. Car is worse after I got it back. Physical damage was done while it was in shop. They refuse to accept any responsibility for this damage or the way my car was returned. One excuse after another. I took it to another dealer and more issues were found that this place missed. I no longer trust my vehicle to this shop. I recommend you go elsewhere.
