$18 wash, $2 tip. Employees don’t brush cars and only spray it seems. Still stuff on my hood and windshield and every panel of my car. They weren’t busy, so there was no need to rush. Thought maybe a $2 tip would get me a good job done, I guess not. Used to work at a wash, it takes more than 20 seconds prep the car to go through the wash. Waste of money.

A nice car wash and gas station, never too busy, so an easy in and easy out on most days. Prices are ok for car washes and snacks, easily seen from Grand River. Staff is friendly.

WORST CAR WASH IN TOWN! My car is more than scratched, one area was gouged right down to the primer! I just bought this car two weeks ago, those scratches were not there when I picked it up, and this was the very first wash. Not only that, the front and rear of the vehicle was still dirty. And, the children doing the initial spraying of the vehicle were to busy horsing around and only sprayed off one side of vehicle, plus they knocked over some stand that came a little close to my car. Totally unprofessional...

Ok. It’s cold out. I know. 10 degrees right now. I paid for the basic wash ($10) and tipped them a $5. Because I knew the wash wouldn’t get the ice out of my wheels. As I pulled up to pay and explain to the long haired overweight guy who looks like he would prefer to be in his moms basement on a computer, he started yelling at the other guy what I could only imagine were excuses that he couldn’t see and he was deaf so he couldn’t hear the other guys directions.I explained twice I needed the inside of the rear wheels sprayed because half of the ice that had built up fell out and it felt like my wheels were falling off. He said ya ya I got you. I get out the other side of the wash and wouldn’t ya know….. both rear wheels still half full of ice. I pulled back around. Told him why I was back and he kept looking at my front wheels. I’m like dude. The back wheels. Inside. Full of ice. Ray Charles could see it! He says. Oh yeah. Yeah. I see it (while looking at my front wheels) then says. Nobody can see in here. We just spray what we can. I will give you the next wash up so you get the under body spray. I said I don’t care if you give me your best wash it’s not getting that ice out. You have to do it with your wand Harry Potter. He said ya. I got you. And again. I pull out. Full of ice. So now I’m out $15 dollars and about to spend another $10 to do it my self down the road at old glory. Had I known. I would have skipped this place all together. If you go here. Skip the tips. They mean nothing to these guys.

Used to be a great car wash but the younger guys they have working do not spray your car off properly. I called and talked to management. Hopefully they will change this.

By far the best wash in town and the workers are all so friendly. Monthly unlimited prices can’t be beat and there is rarely a wait. Plus you get 10 cents off a gallon with each wash! It’s a win win! Keep it up guys!

Wash world is a good car wash some days the the guys who clean your car Tired and do not clean your car properly by spraying the back of the car off or cleaning the windshield. it’s an easy job should keep up with it that’s how you get recognized
