I like having a bank with friendly tellers and managers that fix my problems, answer my questions and do what they say they’re going to do. I know online banks have some advantages but having a place you can walk into and find a human to talk to is important to m.

I have had enough, I am closing my account here. They are snarky and mean at this place, and always seem to be doing inconvenient things for the customers. I complained to Jeannie (a manager I think) and she gave me a sarcastic 'awww' to show that she thought I was not worth her time to actually respond. For years I have though about closing my account, but Jeannie's attitude was the final straw/

Disgusting attitude with these woman! Sandy hung up on me & told me it’s my problem I can’t remember my user. No this will be a bigger problem when I slam you with HR and you fired I can’t believe this place still has people coming. I’ve never been so disrespected by a bank since I’ve lived here

Always very helpful. Everyone is so personable and goes up and beyond to help with any banking needs. Have been with this branch for over 25 years. Have seen different team members come and go and they have all been amazing.

This bank used to be good. A lot has changed and have the time the atm never works and/or online banking is down. I'm not a fan one bit!

Left my card in the atm. Called and it was there. It has my mother's name on it but it's my card. They said she has to pick it up even though it's my card and I can tell you exactly how much is on it, what the number is on it , and the pin but no they said she has to pick it up. Fine I'll understand that. I said she's coming from East Lansing and she works at night so it's going to be a hassle but I understand the policy. Nothing else was said, the lady and I hung up. It's now a couple days later my mom has to work at 1 so she goes on the morning to pick up the card all the way from East Lansing. She gets there and they said they had to get rid of it because it's been 2 days. No one ever told me that I would of just cancelled the card to get a new one so my mom didn't have to waste her time coming to pick it up. I'm guessing the lady is totally incompetent because she never said any of that and if she did then we wouldn't have wasted our time. We don't have alot of money so going back and forth fro. East Lansing to howell was a waste of money and gas. Are you going to pay me my gas money because you are stupid. We are working people that don't have tons of money to be putting into these pointless trips.

Been banking here for 5 years personally and with my small companies. Staff is very knowledgeable with business and personal banking and their rates for business banking beats all of the local competition.
