The best pizza and service! Our delivery is always hot and the driver is friendly. Today he came back up to the door to make sure we had the sauces (which we did). It was so nice that he went out of his way to double check.Dietary restrictions: GF crust available. Veggie pizza is delicious for vegetarian diet

I haven't eaten at a Cottage Inn Pizzeria in 15 years and I feel as if I have been missing out this entire time. Coming here was totally worth the 35 minute commute. I called in a pickup order on New Year's Eve and boy did this pizzeria deliver on customer service and quality.Jaxon answered the phone and proceeded to answer all my questions without hesitation and had the patience of a saint. He provided all the specials and took the order down with a friendly attitude and a great sense of humor. When my fiancé and I picked up the order, Jackson greeted us with a huge smile and a warm welcoming.The pizzas were cooked to perfection and smelled like they came straight from Italy. The bread sticks were hot, soft, fluffy, and full of so much flavor when you bit into them. The tossed salad, along with the Italian dressing was the chefs kiss of deliciousness. The homemade croutons were simply amazing.This was the best dinner to chow down on and end the year 2023 with. My fiancé was highly impressed with his first time enjoying Cottage Inn. We both agreed that we will be back to indulge on this fantastic pizza, bread sticks, and salad.

I had a call from the owner from cottage Inn about my review and I told him about it and he says they’re gonna work on it being better and got a pizza today. It did taste a lot better thank you for the owner that actually cares about their customers to give them a call personally. And try to make it right.

I ordered a calzone several months back it wasn't the best. So I said to myself I'll give them a try again. The gentleman that answer the phone to take my order, I started to explain several months ago about the calzone that I was unhappy with. While he introduced himself as the owner and took my order of a calzone and a small pizza. Well I'll tell you one thing that was a darn good calzone and the pizza look delicious. Cottage Inn in Howell will be my number one pizza place. Great job guys delicious pizza

It's not my favorite place to eat but I know people who love it. The store was clean and service was fast and pleasant. I'll try more before giving up.

Editing to add; I was contacted by the owner who was able to make things right and informed me that the matter would be handled accordingly. Adjusting to 4 stars because of the quick response from the owner to make things right. Food was great. Pick up time stated 6:06pm. We arrived for pickup right on time and had to wait 30 minutes after arriving before our food was ready. Incredibly disappointed with the wait as it was not busy. Staff were also preparing food without gloves and using cellphones while making orders.

EXCELLENT pizza place, everything is delicious and they have a great variety other than just pizza. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable especially for gourmet Pizza! All the staff is super polite! I'll be ordering from there a lot more ?

Said it would be 20 mins. Got there said they were behind would be about 8 mins. 22 more mins go by they tell me 1 more min. Another 3 mins I finally get it!!
