I don’t even want to leave one star. On 2/8/24 my gf and I pulled up to get her prescription at 1:23 there was a truck infront of us by the time it was our turn it was 1:32 and the lady slapped the lunch sign in the window. We were there in line before 1:30 and could have easily helped us especially since they pride themselves on Customer Service. You want to keep losing customers this is how you do it.

I got there around 1:40 a.m. had enough time to get a drink ring the bell for service waited the full 15 minutes could not get my drink until after 2:00 a.m. and I was no longer allowed to buy it and I had to leave. Steph was in the back the whole time with woman and child of unknown reasons

Have fun trying to call for a prescription that's on hold. It took 35 minutes waiting on the phone for someone to even answer the phone. Ridiculous

I would leave no stars if possible. I have never been spoken to so unprofessionally by a pharmacist who wouldn't give his name and hung the phone on me. Told me to take my complaints to the corporate office. All of my family has been getting our medications from CVS for over 20 years. By next week I will be moving all our business from CVS. I won't even buy a tube of toothpaste from them!

Nice people but they are way too busy and understaffed. Waiting 5 days for a medication that I am not supposed to discontinue taking. They have zero relationship with their customers and their needs. It’s really just a pill mill.

We had our dog get skunked in the middle of the night and nowhere else was open to get supplies to get rid of the smell. Discovered this CVS was open and was so thankful!! The lady working was the biggest help, when we walked in she greeted us and asked if we needed help. I told her our predicament and she knew exactly what ingredients we needed and showed us where they were. She was simply amazing and wanted to leave a positive review just for her!!

I want to preface this by saying that I'm not sure if my grievances are with this CVS Pharmacy location or CVS Pharmacy in general...I got to this CVS Pharmacy drive-thru at 1:27 PM and there was one car already being serviced ahead of me. I am not sure how long they were there prior to my arrival but they drove away at exactly 1:30 PM. I pulled up to the window and they had already closed for lunch.I continued to sit at the window until a woman came over the intercom system at 1:40 PM and told me that they were closed for lunch. I responded by telling her that I had arrived prior to 1:30 PM. She told me that it "didn't necessarily matter" but she asked me for my information and assisted me. The whole interaction was under three minutes as I left at 1:42 PM.I completely understand that employees need a lunch break and CVS Pharmacy has decided to solve this issue by closing from 1:30 - 2 PM. However, I can't think of any other company that would shut their doors on customers already in line for services. Anyone who picks up prescriptions regularly knows that sometimes it can take up to 30 minutes to get to the window from the time that they arrive. I shouldn't be responsible for planning my trips around whether it might take more time than usual to get service.If I find out that this is a CVS Pharmacy issue then I will no longer be going to any CVS Pharmacy locations in the future. However, I know that I will no longer consider filling my prescriptions at this location.
