I purchased a tourmax pitching wedge for my son for Christmas. Finally tried it out and the head broke off. I took it back and was told it was past 60 days & they wouldn't do anything. Poor customer service. Wouldn't even give store credit or offer any help to get it replaced. Now I see why the store was empty.

Shop here a few times a year. The store was clean and well stocked. The staff was very friendly! I am a senior, so I like the sales and coupons.

(October 1st, 2023 around 6pm) Bought some clothes a week ago. They didn't fit. Called about how to return since I didn't have the receipt. Lady on the phone says "no problem, bring it back we'll still return" so I make the drive and when I get there they finally decide to inform me that they won't do the return, won't give me instore credit but instead only have the option to swap it out for other things at a LESSER value. I sent $15 per item of clothing but now they're telling me that each item is only worth $12.50 and thats all ill get back. They're telling me I have to essentially pay them to take their product back and resell it for full price again? It's 2023 you have the capability to look at past credit card transactions. You're just too lazy and behind the times. This place has slowly been going out of business for years. Sooner the better. The girl working the register at this time needs to gain some knowledge about her job and gain some customer service skills . If I wanted to work with a robot and ask for a Manger every 2 minutes to approve things ill go to Walmart self checkout instead.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The service was horrible. My boyfriend and I were going to spend over $200 there but we needed to use the restroom. We set our stuff down and asked the employee to unlock the restroom and he proceeded to tell us to wait for over 10 minutes. I’m not one to complain but if you want decent service I would choose a different store.

Wide variety and selection on all things Outdoors. Great store. I would love to see it in a better plaza so it could get better visibility. The plaza, no fault to Dunham's, is run down and lifeless almost. The parking lot and buildings need a revamp and bigger, better signs. Also one of the highway signs that point out "shopping at this exit", both East and West I96 at Latson.

Signs everywhere up to 80% off on footwear, no shoes were 80% off. When I asked what shoes were 80% off the response from the cashier was " I don't know". My son needed to use the restroom so i asked a different employee and we were sent to the front of the store to a restroom that was locked. I then had to find and ask that same employee for the key, who then escorted us to unlock the restroom. I put a pair of shoes on a bench at the end of an aisle while we were looking at other items and an employee promptly grabbed them and put them back. We were literally 5 feet from where i set them down. Poor customer service, no wonder people buy online.

Service was just okay. They seemed upset at having to help us get a kayak down from the stack they had them on but we carried it out and into the truck ourselves. Also, we bought a paddle that had a sticker price of $69.99 but the cashier said that it was $79.99. We asked why the price didn't match the sticker and all the cashier said was that she "could get a manager". We spent plenty of money there, $10 wouldn't have meant much to them. We ended up not wanting to cause a scene or take up anymore of our time there, so we paid the $79.99 but I'm still a little confused ?
