Eddie Bauer clothing at a discount price. They may not have what you want, but when they do, it's great.

I moved from Arizona to Michigan, and my closet was not prepared for todays 25-degree Fahrenheit temp. I found everything I needed. Nice colors and seem to be of good quality. Prices at a discount were what I would expect to pay when not on sale, but it was no different at the Eddie Bauer Outlet than the other competing stores at the factory outlet mall.

They don’t accept the Howell Tanger Outlet Eddie Bauer (this location) coupons or their own coupons they have on the counter. And they acted as though I was out of line for asking.

The staff is very nice, however most of them are older ladies that do not do well with technology. There was a long line behind me while the sweet cashier tried to figure out the pricing of sale items that did not accurately ring up.

Usually love eddie Bauer however going this past time was nothing short of a horrible experience. A couple had several children running around the store non-stop hiding in clothing racks, running into customers, leaving bags of half eaten food on clothing, and being extremely loud. I know this is not the Eddie Bauer workers fault but at some point staff needs to step in and tell lousy parents enough is enough. Will not be going back to this store anytime soon.

I tried returning a pair of pants with only one tag and the manager of the store said I have to have both tags that came with the pants. I went to my car to get the other tag and she said that the tags have to be attached and would not take the return. I read the return policy on the receipt, and pointed out that this was missing from the policy. The return policy is pictured in this review. She said that it is up to “management description” if they take a return or not.Another time I tried returning something the same manager told me their internet was down, so they couldn’t get me payment for three weeks, and that I should go to Novi to return them (45 minutes away). I said I’m fine with waiting, and she looked at me again and said “it’ll be three weeks” I repeated myself saying that I’m fine with waiting. She finally processed the return. Something tells me they were able to process purchases during that period, and if they were able to process purchases then they probably should’ve been able to process refunds as well.My mom has also had difficulties returning things here, even though the items were never worn.Do not buy from here if you think you may need to return the item. Management is clearly incentivizes on a corporate level to not take returns.
