I was shocked when I walked in. First of all they don’t answer the phone and it was dirty looking. The worst thing was it smelled like cigarettes. The person I normally have was on vacation and when I was there last it was not like this.

I recently visited for a manicure and pedicure, and I had a fantastic experience! The salon was clean, modern, and had a relaxing atmosphere with soothing music and pleasant lighting. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted.

I’ve gone there 3 times and the first 2 times where good but the last time I went it was terrible, I got french nails and the “clear” part of my nail was brown instead of the pink I asked for and I’ve had them on for 2 weeks and normally I have no issue taking acrylics off after 2 weeks but 2 of my fingers started bleeding due to the nail being glued to my skin. This was a horrible experience and I will not be going their again after this

I went there to get a full set of acrylics professionally done, and came out with the worst experience ever he started by doing my nails gluing the tips on Not even sticking then proceeds to put a glob a bass really thick. He proceeds to then file them down and cut me many times with the drill. I then ask him to please remove my nails. He was not happy about it and proceeds to be really rough to take them off. I do not recommend ever going there!!!!! Horrible experience.

Came to get eyebrows waxed and it was closed at 4pm on Sunday when it says it closes at 5pm! Companies should be open when businesse hours say they are open!

I went in for a manicure, and they rushed through it. My nails chipped on the first day, the color was sheer, and my natural nails were visible. I left with bumps on my nails, and I’m used to my gel manicures lasting at least three weeks when I go to Alux. To top it off, my nails were cut to different lengths. I could have done a better job myself.

I went in for the first time today because I couldn't get into my regular place. And yes it has been a couple months since I have had a set of nails on I never in my life have been so disappointed and in pain. And paid $57 ( plus tip) for service I was not happy with. The girl refused to cut them any shorter. Said they won't look good and was so rough cutting off the cuticle and dead skin she basically tore it off instead of cutting it off. And she cut my fingers like 3 times with her drommel. Then after she got the shape done she left the edges so sharp I have to file them so I don't cut myself while doing daily things. And she also continued to push my left over cuticles back with her own bare fingernails that she didn't even Wash. My fingers are now a bit red and puffy and burn every time I use soap to wash my hands. I took pictures just not sure how to up load them here I will never be back she even tried to pressure me in to getting design for Halloween, a pedicure, and my eye brows wax. If I wanted all of that done I would have asked when I walked in
