I literally cannot wait to close my account with this bank. The only reason i'm not doing it is because my income tax was accepted.
My debit card information was stolen. Which and their favor, isn't their fault. But the way they handled it was absolutely ridiculous. I called this branch and the woman that picked up the phone says we're way too busy.
Call another branch. Perhaps the brighton branch. Which was her exact words.
Then, they proceed to tell me that I can get a new debit card within 2 to 3 business days if I pay an extra $30 dollars to fedex.
When I can go to PNC banking and get a new card on the spot. As soon as my federal and state income tax hit my account, i'm done with this bank.
Although the woman at the brighton branch was way more helpful then anyone at the howell branch.
This bank is a joke.

I needed to make a cash deposit today, that option was not available at the bank's ATM. It was 9:00 am, I was on my way to work and didn't have time to run through the drive-through or go in and deal with people. How can a cash deposit not be an option at 9:00 am? Frustrating.
53rd needs a second ATM in Howell on the west-side and gives people another option than just the one at the bank.

Fifth Third Bank in Howell has great customer service.! The tellers are always welcoming and pleasant when I come into the branch. Taryn has been very helpful suggesting products that fit our banking needs. She answers any questions or concerns we have and has been great to work with!

I am new in Howell area and visited the bank for the first time last week and I LOVE THE SERVICE, i do not remember having this kind of service in any other bank ever
From the tellers to the office staff, everybody was cordial and made me feel like they really enjoy their job . Even the manager came out of her office and came to say hi to all the customers that were in line
I will definitely recommend this branch to everybody

We do all of our business banking with the Howell branch and absolutely love the staff and bank manager. We always receive exceptional service! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

I’ve never experienced better customer service then I have at this establishment. every time I come in, I’m greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. I’ve never had any issues banking here, the staff is always more then happy to help you, and I will never go anywhere else.

My wife and I are having a problem. Called customer service as directed. Customer service 800 line gives us the run around and no solution. Wife went to branch. Greeted by front office, was told she had a 12 oclock apt (20 minutes to 12 wife walked in). Sat down tried to explain our frustration, she said call Customer service and refused to offer any more assistance. VP Taryn gets up to meet my wife at the door. My wife said she didn't appreciate the attitude and lack of assistance, Taryn said my wife had an equale attitude. (Taryn, VP wasn't even the one waiting on my wife) Guess they cover their own employees unprofessional customer service so they are all on the same page. No help, our problem to deal with get out and deal with your own problems. Never in my life would a manager ever tell a customer to deal with their own problems and check your attitude. Worst customer service. 20 years we have been here. Guess they will have to start explaining their review of 3.0 eventually...or not.... just keep losing loyal customers because they can't and won't do their jobs properly.

I went to the Howell location, the girl at the desk seen annoyed as I walk in the door. I asked for money from my account, it was a large sum, she verified me and asked me how I wanted that, I responded a cashiers check please, was told I should have told her that before she started this, I replied, you just asked me how I wanted that? Walked over to a machine took my pretty large amount of money and put it down in front of me, never counted it or gave me an envelope, I of course counted it and used 3 envelopes! This was the worst banking experience ever! This girl needs a new job, she should NOT be working with the public! And I may be taking that out and moving on…don’t need all out rudeness!
