This has nothing to do with the employees. Online banking is a total joke. Customer service hours are as well. I couldn't log into my account and even drove to the ATM and got a receipt that was blank. I couldn't access my money for 2 hours. Under no circumstances should that be possible..

This has been by far the best banking experience I have encountered in my life. The teller was very personal with me and even remembered me by name after one conversation. I was able to open an account without hassle and she was very patient with waiting for things to get ironed out on my end. All banks should follow this practice and help people like myself get on track.Thank you for true customer service
