Well worth my trip tonight haven't been out to Gap in over 20 years due to it's a 45 minute drive for me to get out there.A friend of mine who lives out their, bought my son a coat, the zipper did not want to work properly and the teeth broke on it, when I call they said they could return it but yet when I got to the store the guys like well we're not supposed to because it is damaged but I see now that the zipper is not working he took the coat did the return no questions asked which was amazing and I ended up buying two things while I was out there which was well worth my drive. Thank you!!

I purchased jeans and a shirt today, but my gift card wouldn't work. The guest services person went the extra mile making phone calls, etc. And finally, was able to make my purchase. Very helpful staff and they have some great sales right now! Recommend

Drove 50 miles to come to the store only to find it closed at 4 even though their recording says they are open till 7. Arrived at 4:08 only to be stared at by employees through the window.

Items placed on the back Sale wall listed @ 70% off, yet cashier said they were full price. I suggest she check out the entire display where she would find an entire rack of the same items. She was too busy checking her phone and said someone must have just put it in the wrong spot, really an entire display. Shame on you Gap personnel, you should have honored the sale price and put your phones down and do your jobs CORRECTLY.
