She loves her coach who is always willing to take an extra minute or two to teach our daughter a new skill. There are several coaches (or assistant coaches) in each class and much of the class is run in small groups. Love it there!”

“So this was my home location until recently when I moved a bit further away. Staff is extremely friendly and top notch for sure! Gym is clean and well maintained. The reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because they need to update some of the machines..both tanning and workout equipment. I recently went to a different location and was blown away. Double the smiths, which howell needs more of. 2 different glute machines, updated tanning beds as well as a red light and cryo-bed. This will not keep me from going to Howell however because I still do a lot of things there and it's at a very convenient location. My only other complaint is I wish the parking lot was a bit different as I have had my car hit there while working out”

“I love their Lake Chemung Boat Launch I had to stop there a couple times to use the outhouse the first time I stopped there I was walking home from blowing off steam I was gonna make it home but my body said nope gotta stop at the Boat Launch and use the outhouse and I said you gotta do what you gotta do.”
