“Love this place! Just recently started going here but it’s very clean and a great environment to work out in without the feeling of being crowded like some more mainstream places. It also has machines for everything you could want to target and they are very well maintained. The owner is super nice and helpful too. The membership fee is straightforward and it’s easy to sign up. Definitely recommend!”

“Really like this anytime. The manger John is great, easy to talk to and has his members backs. Good range of equipment, I go after work 10-11pm and have plenty of space to burn through my supersets. The only thing “bad” I’d say is the trainer think his name is Mike is incredibly rude and unpleasant, unprofessional to deal with. But aside from him everyone there has been great so far.”

I’m a black card member for a long time I think it’s like $19 a month and the massage tables I used several times a week and I will continue to belong here as long as I live here. ??”
