Went to the Howell and Ypsilanti stores for a specific in store item, and neither one had it for the promotion they were having. They just wanted to send me to another store.

Waste of time...they have 50 signs scattered all over the store for a buy a battery and charger deal get a free tool. They have every one of the 20 tools but no battery and charger kits. Won't do a raincheck or adjustment. Better to buy from menards or hime depot..

Great store can't say a bad thing about any of the floor people but Kyle is top notch in my book seems like he is always there knows the tools and has a great attitude and good customer service ability

Drove 45 minutes from Lansing to buy a saw that appeared to be out of stock in both Lansing stores, according to the Harbor Freight website. This store had a big green In Stock label. I arrive and they have 1 that’s been returned and is defective. Store Manager says Lansing has 3, according to their in-store inventory system, but refuses to call that store to confirm, and instead gives me the number and watches me call.
Why have inventory listed on your site at all if it’s that inaccurate? It’s not like I expect amazing service from Harbor Freight, but I figured a big green In Stock label vs than limited stock (Owosso) or out of stock (Lansing) meant there was more than one or two at the store. They didn’t even have a display model or a place on the shelf for the thing, so it’s not like it just sold out.
Do better.

Went in for a fairly expensive tool box for my shop, Kyle was nice enough to get me set up with a business membership and save me some money. Great customer service and always a quick in and out.

I have been to this store multiple times. Every time I have been there Kyle was extra helpful. I was confused on what tools I needed to complete the job. Kyle was extremely good at getting me exactly what I needed and not over selling me on things that I did not. I have completed multiple repairs with his help. Thank you Kyle for getting me the tools I needed and providing me assistance in which to use them. From one veteran to another. I really appreciate your help and over the top assistance.
