Second the comment on the staff, went in store to do a seemingly easy online return. Apparently the “code” they need was expired, have been now waiting 20+ minutes with no sense of urgency to resolve and/or communication of what getting a code involves- note I have my receipt in hand. Unfortunately H&M is few and far between in Michigan so I have to continue to wait!

How can every employee in the store be so bad. No offer to help you and so rude at the registers. There are so many other places to shop at the outlet (with great employees) that I find it hard to believe they can stay in business. To make matters worse, they don't allow returns on sale items. Nothing is posted, you have to ask. H &M....shoppers deserve better!!!

It was ok. Lots to look at. But i dont remember having to pay 10 cent for a bag here. But yes, the cashier did asked if i want a bag for 10 cent, i declined. Lol. Walked out with my panties that i just brought. Must been something new? It's been a while since ive shop here, maybe a year and half?

same item but 2 different payment methods. Why buy 1 get 1 free? But when paying, they will try to cheat by pairing a high-priced item and giving another lower-priced item. For example, I bought 2 baskets worth 25.99 and 2 face washes worth 5.99. They will combine 25.99 and 5.99 into 1 bill, then double it to 55.18. I found it so strange that I asked the staff to split the bill into 2 bills, just as I predicted. If divided into 2 bills, the total is only about 34. If combined, the staff deliberately calculates it to 55.18. The 4 items have different total costs if you don't pay attention. I think it's intentional cheating.

Worker in dressing room, Gavin, would not allow my daughter and I to go in the fitting room together. Apparently it’s a safety issue for mothers to shop with their daughters and decide what fits before making a purchase.

It was okay. I don't have any real complaints in the store but it just didn't really stand out to me either. I got turned away by how the counter girls were talking. That were just gossiping so loudly and they were just talking about people badly not people in the store but people within their own life and it just got tiring to listen to. I did not get greeted when I came into the store I have things in my hand I did not get directed to a dressing room. I ended up putting my stuff down and leaving and definitely did not feel welcomed. The store was clean. There's a lot of parking available. The sales prices were mediocre. I may return to look over the selection again but if I had the same issue with the girls at the counter and were not welcoming and they were just too busy gossiping I would definitely leave.
