Very nice hotel. We’ve stayed several times.Walkability: There’s a outlet mall right behind the hotel and a restaurant, and Arby’s.

Hotel is whatever - typical IHG. The staff - absolutely useless. Cannot answer a simple question without having your IHG number. Called me and left a message and when I called back, they had no clue why they called me. Call Corporate, and just as incompetent. I'm done with IHG hotels... useless humans.

Being next door to the outlets is pretty neat! The hotel was under construction, which is exciting! The staff was kind. The pool is small and disappointing. The cleanliness of the hotel wasn't great either. The curtains were stained and broken. The carpets should have been replaced a long time ago! There were stains everywhere, and the floors were sticky. The bathrooms had mildew on walls and had buildup in corners. Towels had brown stains. These are things that have nothing to do with renovations. They should be addressed continuously. The breakfast was disappointing as it was mostly a variety of bread items without labels, making it difficult to feed people with allergies or nutritional needs. The fruit area had no fruit. We did appreciate having eggs as an option!

Unfortunately it is a common business practice but is something that happens with hotel chains. This review is mostly as a point of reference as well as some feedback. The point of reference is the average nights stay is $120 when all fees are added to your room (the prices shown do not capture the 20-25% fees they add). The nights I stayed it ended up being $220/night in total. This happens when there is a known event in the area and hotels can ramp up rates due to the hotel stay being more of a need than a luxury. The second reference is that I will now need to call ahead and ask about construction. The construction we saw seemed toward the end phases but is something that needs to be accounted for in the future since it’s not mentioned nor is there an accommodated rate for when this occurs (again, we paid double the average nightly rate).Beyond this the staff seemed fatigued either by guest complaints in general, the construction, or the issues of the hotel overbooking and causing several families to head elsewhere after their reservations were provided to others. At the time I stayed I heard a staff member swear (not at someone but in relaying information to them). They also were rude when guests were checking into what was once a hotel room and then was a cramped “lobby” (Rude by being impatient and often impolite). As an example, my card now shows a pending charge of $10 after my stay. The attendant had told people checking in that when there are large events he adds $10 when he can for each night. I was going to ask if this was the case for my sudden $10 charge but had asked about the fee to hear the response. The response was “that’s a $10 hold fee that we let you know when booking the hotel” and I replied “ok, I understand” and a reply back from the staff member was “yeah, so you just didn’t pay attention to everything, it should come off your card in a few days, call back if it doesn’t”. The first part about not paying attention just recaptured the rude nature of what seems like overworked staff.Hopefully this review serves as a means for the hotel itself to better accommodate their staff during renovation as well as the guests that are hoping for a decent stay.

Let me start off by asking a simple question. When you research and reserve a room at a Hotel what would be its purpose? If you answered to sleep you would be 100% correct. Yet here I sit at 1:30 in the morning having to be up at 4 listing to a literal standing room only party being thrown in the “makeshift” breakfast area directly behind the wall my wife two kids and I are trying to sleep. I have young kids and they have been up multiple times crying from the constant drunken screams, hoots/hollers, beating on walls and blasting of music for the entire night. The perverse language that is being used loud enough for everyone on the 1st and 2nd floor is three feet away from us! I made several complaints and was told they reserved the room for a Christmas Party! WHAT!! I’d expect this from young kids but these are 40 and 50 year old people who should know if they want to act a fool to take it to a club or bar. Not a “family friendly” hotel. Which by the way is undergoing SUBSTANTIAL renovations which we where not informed of until we arrived. The two rooms we reserved for the trip where dirty with stains on the carpet, and missing tv remotes which left us without a tv until an attendant brought one that “kind of works”. In searching for the remote we did happen to find BAGS OF GARBAGE under the box spring mattresses!!! God knows how long they had been there as the clear bags looked black with mold on the inside! Mind you this being the room I bought for my parents to use so they could come and enjoy their granddaughters 1st gymnastics meet the following day. My parents tried to brush that off so I didn’t loose it right then but looking back I’m completely justified by being appalled as my mother has lived with an autoimmune disease her entire life and hardly enjoys time visiting with family let alone attending events outside her home! I will not recommend staying here and if not for trying to keep my cool for my kids sake I would have already have left!Rooms: Stains on the carpet and Bags of other peoples garbage under the box springs full of decaying trash and mold that had obviously been there a long period of time!No remote for the tvSafety: I would say with substantial demolition and renovations ongoing there are several things that could be addressed here.Noteworthy details: No actual lobbyPool towels aren’t even white anymore (falling apart)Garbage disposal and other large containers with chairs and desks littered out in the parking lot area.Loud drunken parties going on all nightNOT a kid friendly experience.

I wouldn't even give a rate of your hotel even a 1 star. Very disgustingly gross. I have photos of my room with hair on the lid of Toilet, hair on the bedding, boogers on walls of tub. Carpeting disgusting with stains that I wouldn't even walk barefoot on.the furniture obviously needs to be dumped as it is overused and falling apart. Where can I leave photos as proof of how disgustingly gross your hotel is?

Booked the family suite for my wife and daughters to stay the night before one of my daughter's wedding. Booked for six people. There were 3 towels, no bedding for the sofa sleeper. The shower was full of soap scum and soap rings on the shower shelves. The elevator is slow and clunky and dirty. The halfways are hot and dirty. I had to go down to the front desk to carry up a stack of bedding and extra towels. Definitely not worth $300 per night. Good coffee though.

I would have given 5 stars however it took the front desk 20 minutes just to check me in. Had to keep getting out my card and I.D. The computer apparently wasn’t working. They advertise their breakfast to start at 6:30am. It is now 7am and I as well as several others are still waiting for them to even put it out. Service could be better at this location.

Jennifer and her staff were the absolute best. Everything we needed was swiftly taken care of. The rooms themselves really need to be upgraded to the newer design of most Holiday Express. But the staff, perfection!

I’ve given two stars because it is clean and I really love the big size pump bottles of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Other than that, the experience was incredibly sub par. I have stayed at many holiday inn expresses before. This was by far the worst. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the pillows were horrible and it was IMPOSSIBLE to keep the room a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was served late and was generally mediocre. In the future I will definitely seek other accommodations.Nearby activities: Very close to the outlets.

The room was awful. I was given a room on the second floor and when I walked in I was horrified. It looked like a room where people had squatted than left it trashed. The furniture was ripped up. The floor had odd stains. Cabinets were old and damaged. The bathroom looked like someone just wiped it down with a towel but didn’t disinfect it. The bed looked somewhat clean but I wasn’t about to find out if it actually was clean. The curtains didn’t shut. I demanded my money back. Oh, and there were a bunch of people who seemed to be employees that were just sitting around watching TV. The manager was no where to be found and reported to come back on Sunday ( it was Friday so they left the place to be run by the people sitting around the lobby). Gross and disgusting. Never stay there!!!

The staff was amazing, especially Rachael who checked me in. She was personable and refreshing after spending almost 14 hours on the road. The room was very clean and spacious. Towels have been well loved and could probably stand a replacement and a truly hot shower was hard to come by. Overall experience was 8/10

Both the customer service and the level of cleanliness were outstanding! 10/10 would stay again.
