  I have a 2015 Ford F-350 Powerstroke Diesel that was having electrical issues. Howell Auto Center quickly identified the problem and got it fixed. A repair like this would have cost thousands at a Ford dealership. I take both of my vehicles to Howell Auto, and from now on, all my repairs will be done there. Highly recommended!

  Called yesterday about my daughter’s car which had a nail in a tire they got her in the next morning and had her back on the road quickly and were very fair with the bill. Another shop (nationwide chain) told her she needed 4 new tires because it was not fixable. So today she saved almost 600 dollars because Howell auto care took care of her instead of taking advantage of her situation. Thanks again from a dad 3.5 hours away.

  Been here before (2023 maybe) and didn’t have an issue. Brought my car into the shop in June and had them take a look at my AC that stopped working. Came out with a huge bill (and an unknown attitude when I asked questions) and knew I needed a 2nd opinion.
  New shop took a UV light and could tell that Howell Auto Center didn’t test for leaks. So what did they test for?!?

  The best place in the area! Had an issue with a crank no start on my work van. 6 different people looked at. No one said the same thing. Some had no clue, some wanted $4k, and others didn’t seem confident. Within 4 hours Howell auto found the issue, got it fixed perfect, and I was back up and running for a fair price. New customer for life!!!

  *BEWARE* If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment a week in advance and told them I was getting a rental, they promised it would be completed in two days. I gave them the repairs on a platter prediagnosed, they had my car for a full day without even looking at it. They “ran out of time” to do anything on the one repair that was causing the stalling. On the other issue I told them it was strut or wheel bearing, they claimed they drove it and that there was nothing wrong with the suspension, I disagreed and after driving it “again” they found the struts and strut mounts were shot, but again was now 4pm on Friday and they “didn’t have time”. They gave me my car back having fixed nothing, and still charged me 120 in “diagnostics”, plus 300 on the rental wasted. Single woman and mom at Christmas time, they completely screwed me with no remorse. Avoid this place at all costs. **Edited to Add** definitely not confusing shops, not a single repair that I brought it in for was completed in the two full days you had my vehicle, and I’d hardly call the 30 seconds it took you to drive a sheet metal screw into a fender a molding repair.
