Was calling in regards to rentals, instead of listening to me she just said "I'm not interested" and hung the phone up on me. Super rude if you are running a business. I called back to ask what kind of equipment they rent and I have never in my life been spoken to the way that lady spoke to me. The absolute nastiest attitude I have ever heard in my life. If you don't like your job then find a new one!

I rented a hand ceramic tile cutter and the cutting wheel would not score the tile with just one pass. I did more than one pass, which is never recommended, and attempted to break the tile to no avail as it broke unevenly. Returned the rental, on time, and was not compensated for a tool that did not work as it should have. I have been doing tile work for 40 or so yrs, on the side, and do know how cutters should work. I should not have been charge the $15 rental fee for a rental that do not do it's job.

Friend rented double axle trailer and pin fell out off their equipment. They charged for pin and a ridiculous labor fee for a two minute job. Seems money hungry and non customer service oriented faculty.

Very disappointed. Cost to rent backhoe for 24hrs $265 .....then the surprise charges $40 for trailer [must have x large truck to haul] or have delivered for $85 plus mileage...then $$ gas used in backhoe. Backhoe had dead battery when it was delivered...and broken seat. Next day we stopped by Home Depot....saw the same backhoe on a trailer $259 for 24hrs. NO extra charges !!! Next time we will shop around !!!

I am not one to air my frustrations, in fact this is my first time writing a review, and I feel people should be aware. Like Robert F. who wrote a review a few years ago, I too rented a piece of equipment (a scissor lift) that had some issues.Below is the chain of events and you be the judge if you want to do business with this company.... I rented this machine at the end of the day Friday (4:45)PM dropped it off at my house (20 minutes away. Gathered 3 children (all under 3 and if you have kids you know that is not a fast task). Drove to the Home Depot to get the gutter materiel i needed for the job. (Didn't get back to the house till 7PM. 7:30PM I wanted to get everything in position to so I can get a quick start of fixing my gutters in the morning. So I unloaded the machine, got my bearings on it (never drove one before) and immediately noticed that when the lift was extending and lowering the engine would struggle immensely. More so on the down stroke than the lift. Went to drive the machine to the back of the house where you have to go up a very mild incline and the machine would just die. I tried for 45 minutes to get this machine up this small hill with no avail. (Took a picture of the incline to show them the next morning). 8:45PM I gave up loaded it back in the trailer and went in to assist my wife with putting the kids to bed. 7:45AM was back dropping the machine off. Explained the situation and was told she needed to get with the owner "Stan" to discuss options and they would call me back Monday morning. However the loader guy drove it off the trailer and raised and lowered it and told Vicky that the engine was struggling on the down stroke. Showed them the photo of the hill and was told by a guy with long hair wearing a guitar hero shirt who worked there, that the machine should have no trouble with that hill.... Monday I had to call them (No call in the morning) and was told that yes it did struggle going down the machine seems to be operational and they would not be refunding me. They said I need to provide a receipt from another equipment store to show that I didn't just rent this piece of equipment finished the job and return it trying to pull a fast one on them. I again explained how this was not possible (I am going to barrow some scaffolding from my uncle) and two, I could even show the timeline of me going to home depot to get material as well as show them photos of the gutter job not completed. She then countered we all have jobs to do around the house and how do I know that the gutters was why you rented this machine. I quickly stated that I had an all day rental of the machine and even if that wasn't my attended job (which it was) I had plenty of time to do that job as well. Surprised by this outcome, I told them I guess my only option was to go to my bank and dispute the charge. Then she told me that if that is the case they would sue me in small claims and get the money.... My advise, stay away from this company.... But the choice is yours.
