First off, I loved the way my nails turned out. However, I did have some complaints. If you have never gotten your nails professionally done I wouldn't recommend coming here as a first timer. I've always done my own nails so I didnt know what I wanted and was hoping for an explanation of options but they hurriedly ask what you want and seem impatient if you have no idea what you want. While in the process of doing my nails he was a little rough with the glue stuck to my skin and filing hurt. I know I squirmed some while he was doing it. He did do the whole process very quick which was nice and I did like the end result. He also didnt clean the residue off my skin very well. So i walked around with black and sparkle residue on my skin edges of my fingers until it eventually wore off from washing my hands. So take the bad with the good and make your own decision.

The passed couple times I've came here I sat in so much pain getting my nails done.. They are too rough and have cut into my skin so badly that it starts to bleed, they even peeled my acrylic of my nail and tore up my real nail so bad you could see the skin underneath. my nails still hurt the next day. I've gotten my nails done by 3 different stylists there and every one of them tries to rush through the filing process and has hurt me every time to the point where I just want to cry. If you have a low pain tolerance I would go somewhere else.Service: Acrylic nails

I echo the last review. Getting nails done here is painful; atleast the gentleman that did mine. I came in for a fill, we needed to switch to full set because they were lifting once polish had been removed. Wasn't upset at all about that. However the removal process was extremely unprofessional. Remember in high school when you'd get acrylics for a special event and then attempt to remove them on your own with dental floss and you'd see flaky layers? That is exactly what mine looked like. The nail tech took a broken nail extention out of a cup and proceeded to pry my acrylics off with it, hitting my nail bed numerous times. After 6 nails I spoke up and they soaked them. I do not understand how they can charge for a nail removal service and then pry them off like that. The 3 nails that were soaked off looked healthy underneath. I believe it was the manager who came over and instructed to soak them off after I spoke up and was ignored. I selected a color off the nail ring that appeared black with silver, black and blue sparkles, when the polish went on it was clear and very few sparkles so we opted to do a black base instead of the numerous coats it would have taken to get to the desired color. My cuticles bled, and every nail bed except the ones that were soaked off feel bruised and throbbing less than an hour later. Acrylic was applied directly to natural nails vs with extentions and cut down. I am unsure of the reasoning for that as every other person who got a full set and ended with similar lengths had extentions placed prior. The end result, while not what I had planned for, looks nice but the damage to my nail beds and cuticles are unacceptable in my opinion. Just be cautious, and speak up if you are in pain. I gave 3 stars because they did eventually soak off the remaining acrylic and the end result is pretty but there was no excuse for the spare extention being used to pry off dried acrylics. Unsanitary and unprofessional.

I would not suggest this nail salon to anyone who has a low pain tolerance, the person who did my nails was extremely rough and made a few of my nail folds bleed. When they filed my nails it felt like they were about to pull them right off lol.The type of nail that I asked for was a dip nail, it was pretty interesting to watch, but I noticed they were rushing quite a bit with it and in the end they only looked good from a top angle.I didn’t want to compare the way that they do nails to other nail salons since things can vary, but they did not even bother to clean the excess nail gunk that stuck to my skin off afterwards.Lastly, when I first went into the shop I told them what I wanted, dip nails with nail extensions, they told me it would be 45$. When I went to the counter to pay they told me it was now 50$, I don’t really know what changed the price in the 30 minutes I was there.I’m the type of person who never usually complains about any inconveniences I might have done to me. Though this is exception, because I feel like other people should know this is what could possibly happen if they decide to try a new nail salon.((Just an edit I do not know if every nail artist there is like how I mentioned so this may just be a specific experience. Also, if I came across rude in any way that was not my intention.))Service: Dip powder

35$ for a really good pedicure. That price was on point.... Good value. But 48$ for a manicure with shellac Polish not even any tips. Insane. The guy I had was okay. Looked like he was trying hard. But he was doing multiple and heavy layers. On my feet he did at least 4 coats + all the base and top coats.I feel eh. I don't live around here so unlikely id revisit.

Well, the staff is very nice and they did a lovely job on my nails. I felt my thumb stinging a bit after my nails were done. I noticed that my thumb was bleeding! I'm not super angry but my friend payed $50 and I ended up bleeding so I felt bad about it.Service: Acrylic nails
