The people are friendly and sometimes helpful but twice in the past couple of months I haven't received all the groceries I purchased. I normally check but the checkout was busy the bagger didn't put everything in my cart.

Horrid scenting of the entire store! I was in there for less than 10 minutes to pick up a prescription. The smell made my eyes burn, I began to break out in hives, and I started wheezing from whatever they are using. I was fine within a few minutes of getting out of that toxic scented environment. I can still taste the residue in my mouth! And think about this - whatever is being used is contaminating anything not wrapped like produce, deli, meats. If you are in there and wonder why your eyes are burning, or you are starting to cough, or your breathing is getting weird, the scenting is probably why. I hadn't been in there for a month or so and it was fine with no extra strong scenting the last time I was there. I went to another store to do my shopping!

Very nice of them to lock the door 4 minutes before close today. Maybe change the close time to 9:56. Had to pick up 1 item.

The grocery store itself is fine, but I like to do Kroger pick up for convenience and it’s never ready on time. Last Sunday it was an hour + behind, and this Sunday it was 4 hours behind! I’ll have to start remembering to do Kroger pick up from another local Kroger!

Not the first time this has happened. I get here at the time.I'm supposed to pick up my order. And after the time that I'm supposed to pick it up.They send me a message saying, the order's not ready.They will contact me when it is ready.But unfortunately they don't give you a time.I live 45 minutes away.Varied andconvenient I could have went shopping on my own but I already spent my money for them to do it. There's no one to contact no help.I'm just sitting here.It's been thirty minutes

The Salvation Army bell ringers brought an army of children with them on 12/17. At 6:00pm these children were obnoxiously yelling and obstructing the door. I frequent this Kroger and have never had issues, but they should remind these people to either leave the kids with a sitter or teach them to behave better in public.

I love Kroger because my works there too I have got a couple of semi trucks to honk their horn I go shopping there with my mom every now and then I love it.

I had the hardest time finding someone to do a zombie cake for my son's 9th birthday! She did an AMAZING job! I will never not get a kroger cake! I wish I would have got her name! My son loved it!

It was great except the corporate jerks think they are better than everyone else they think workers are beneath them I think the ones that served our country should be ashamed they know their oath never dies and never brake the oath shame on the today was a great shoping experience I didn't have to see the bosses tearing up women and making them cry.

After the up skirting incident, I called to see if the lady that was so nasty to that poor lady that was violated, has been fired. She took up for the perp, and Kroger is allowing this by not firing her. My family, friends and I, will no longer be going there until she has been fired, mean, miserable blue haired lady. I've literally shopped there since you've opened too, and a LOT!! She should have been fired that day, Kroger still has a chance to fire her, and has decided not to. What happened to that poor girl, clearly they're condoning... Don't understand how else to take someone doing that and not getting fired instantly!
