About LACASA Center
LACASA Center is located in Livingston County, Michigan. We provide comprehensive, wrap-around services for victims of child abuse, domestic violence and sexual assault. All services for victims and their families are offered at NO CHARGE. *********** ~ Our Crisis Shelter provides shelter for victims, their children, and their family pets. We were the first shelter in Michigan to create an on-site "Safe Pet Place" to help protect pets from abusers. ~ Our Sexual Assault Response Center provides confidential and compassionate care in a private setting. It is staffed by specially-trained Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE) and sexual assault counselors. LACASA is an independent 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

LACASA offers so many services and programs for Livingston County. I've personally volunteered for several events and everyone - volunteer and staff - are incredibly friendly and caring. I wish we didn't need an organization like this, but am so thankful LACASA exists.

A great, safe place for those in need. LACASA provides essential services to the most vulnerable in our community and are a blessing to our county and to the state of Michigan. Very thankful to collaborate with and advocate for them.
