Alley provided one of the best customer experiences ive had with a business in a LONG time. I recently made a move from Tennessee to Michigan and was uncertain about arrival times. I needed to obtain the unit on a weekend a typically unmanned work day. She took the time to come in on her day off so that i could get the keys and obtain my unit on the weekend. It was something you typically wouldnt see but it was much appreciated.

I have had my household belongings in storage here and could not have asked for a better experience. The lady at the front desk is as nice as can be and is very helpful. Never had a problem and rates never went up. I highly recommend using this facility.

Excellent facilities. Very nice and prompt service by the owners. Units are clean and very well maintained. Gated access and video security. Plowed promptly in the winter months. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a storage locker.
