Not very friendly, actially the main girl extremely rude that checks you in . Very overpriced. not comfortable environment, not even sure how they took polish off ? I think by scraping tge gel polish. I do not advise going here.

Been here several times and never had a bad experience. They do a great job, my nail always last long. I highly recommend checking them out.

Very disappointed that nails only lasted 6 days before chipping off. Also he didn't work very hard on my calluses.
I will not go back there again!

I am from out of town and went on to get a deluxe pedi and dip mani today. Best I have had in a long time! Probably the best pedicure! Gentle and took their time. Salon was simple but spotless clean, quiet and relaxing. Hannah did my hands and Jimmy did my pedi! My feet feel and look amazing! When I am visiting here I will definitely return!
Cleanliness: Spotless clean! And I am picky!

Went to Lovely Nails for a full set. Immediately greated and offered a beverage. Nail tech TJ was awesome! He paid attention to small detail on each nail. Can't find one flaw on these bad boys! Definitely happy and reasonably priced!! I will be coming back for fills. Highly recommend! Will go nowhere else.
(Especially compared to a few others in the area)

Updating my review. My daughters and I just had pedicures and they were LOVELY (get it? ?) The pedicure chairs (with massage) were clean and they used clean tools and opened all the tools in front of me. The foot/leg massages were awesome! They offered my something to drink. I felt pampered. It was a 10/10 experience. We will most DEFINITELY be going back, and next time, I'll bring my husband too.

This is my new go to !!! I have only been coming here for a couple a months. Hannah and Jos do an amazing job!!! The other staff I have not experienced yet. However , they are very very friendly. It’s very beautiful inside and welcoming . Thank you !!! Lovely nails ❤️❤️

Stop your scroll — This is for my manicure/pedicure lovin’ ladies!I decided to try a new nail spot randomly — choice was lovely nails in Howell off of grandriver tucked away in the plaza where Eternity brewing and Verizon is. Upon arriving I was a little hesitant as there was no one there. I was welcomed by multiple people with smiles. They started me in the pedicure chair with Jimmy. I could tell he was a little nervous as he took off my older shellac. Then over came TJ - full of personality. Was assessing my current nail situation (I’ve always done full sets with shellac) I told him I was looking to get a fresh set. After chatting further he swayed me to dip. Next comes Hannah to actually do the dip while getting a pedicure. She was phenomenal. After heavy conversation TJ let me know everyone here is new. They took over from the old owners. They are starting from scratch and it started to make sense. Jimmy gave the BEST pedicicure massage I have ever received. Hannah was so kind and gentle and TJ was a hoot! They even gifted me a gift certificate!Also, love that you can book your appointment online!It’s hard not to judge a book by its cover when you walk in. It’s definitely not as nice as most salons I’ve been to but that type of service makes you forget all about it ?

Absolutely terrible waste of a so called service that I just experience, they put one acrylic nail on my big toe cuz it was cracked and shorter, did NO SANDING left it thick and when I asked they said they did do it. I do nails myself and know damn well it’s not supposed to sit so high up that the rest of my nails look crazy. They lady got loud with me told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. They have the most basic of below basic skills I’ve ever seen. Never again will I go there. What a waste of money and time. I will be removing all the work they did and doing myself. I wanted to treat myself which is why I chose to let someone else treat me. What a joke that place, they barley speak English very rude people terrible below average work.
