Failed to properly attach skid plate and is denying all responsibilities for the skid plate falling off at highway speeds. They are quoted as saying "attaching with zip ties is standard practice".

This is the quickest and easiest place to get your oil change. The guys there are always kind and professional. They make the process smooth and they are never pushy about having me buy other services.

I have been getting my oil changed at Marshalls since they opened years ago. Everyone in the shop is very respectful and friendly.I always ask them to check my cabin filter every time I get my oil changed, I have a cat but I guess there's to many mice for her to catch, I always have a nest in the cabin filter?the guys are great about it.I highly recommend Marshalls.

The best place in Livingston County for an oil change! Well trained staff, and friendly. I would send a 16 year old there with no worries that they would be taken advantage of! My family has been using Marshall's express for years!

First I need to express a sincere Thank you to the owner of Marshall's without going into detail let's just say there was an incident regarding my Motorhome and the Owner responded professionally and promptly to resolve the incident and was a man of his word. Though I have been using their place for many many years for my company and personal vehicles I will continue to do so without any hesitation. The service techs are top notch and had always let me know if there were any concerns while under my vehicles. Even though there was this one incident I can't be upset with what happened because we all can have a bad day and I will continue to support this company and all their employees.
