The people working at dunkin doughnut needs to be fired. There were 2 ladies counting change and refusing to wait on customers.i will never use this location again as there are always issues when i stop here

Had an issue at this gas station when my rental car’s battery completely died while refueling. The night staff was beyond amazing—they didn’t just help us with a jump start, but also welcomed us inside to warm up while we figured things out. They were super friendly, patient, and went out of their way to help us in so many ways. Huge thanks to the team—highly recommend this place!

The bad reviews = Do not reflect this store! And are old!! They have had several staff changes. For the size of this location they have more items for sale than you could imagine. It's a one stop shop. Great grew behind it now. They seem to be invested in providing a great personal experience, remembering regulars, making conversation, always being honest, kind & respectful etc. Nothing is perfect but these local people who work there nowadays care and give their customers 100%

Great store.
The cashier who checked me out with facial hair and shorts could have been a little more friendly instead of demanding when I bought expensive cognac from this location. He should do something else.

Customer service is not very friendly. There is a younger black male that disrespects the customers coming into your convenience store. I’m sure you have a camera in your store to view his actions and behavior towards customers. I treat all people with respect!

Usually love the staff here but there is a younger fella that just seems mad at the world. Have had him as a check out about 15 times and he NEVER says hello. NEVER says thank you or have a nice day. He definitely needs to be retrained on customer service skills because he has ZERO. Horrible to say but customer service may not be his future-not sure who does the hiring but this was a really bad bad hire on your part. To make things interesting I tried to make small talk with him and he didnt even acknowledge me…just grunted ID??? I said what? He just said…ID…. From what I could understand from his mumbling he also asked me to flip my ID over so he could scan it. Be better Mugg n Bopp….he’s going to get more complaints I am sure!

Ive been in the store multiple times and now wont return. The workers are always so rude. They always make you feel like you are a bother to them. Never a friendky greeting. Ive tried to have small talk with a few of them and they dont even look at you. The colored boy thats there I swear hates his job. If hes not on his phone hes passing his work off onto someone else.And the managers are not any better.There are plenty of other gas stations around. No need to deal with rude employees.

Newer store but they aren’t taking care of the bathrooms. Super smelly like old used feminine products! Floors were filthy, splats on the walls. Toilets haven’t been wiped in at least 2-4 weeks judging by the layer on them. Mirror in bathroom is placed unusually high, basically only tall people can see into it. Sink area was clean but the rest of the bathrooms had been ignored.Everything else with this location seems fine. Has a variety of product, tons of parking, Dunkin inside.

The diesel pumps are trash here, lock your card, cut you off at 100$, def doesn’t work etc. go somewhere else
