I would like to give a big shout out to Allison. Thank you so much If I have an engine light on, if it's freezing cold. She comes out with a positive attitude and checks it for me. She knows where everything is located in the store. Excellent customer service. I'm sure everybody's fantastic. So far I feel lucky i've got Allison To help me out with parts and where things are in the store.

Thank you Gary for running the VeriScan diagnostics on my check engine light. In less than 5 minutes, found out it was a minor pressure sensor warning and saved me an expensive trip to a dealership. Great job O'Reilly Auto Parts - Howell MI!

Best service today. Bought wipers for my Equinox and they were the wrong blades went back and the amazing employees (lady- wish I got her name) helped me get the correct wipers. She saw I was struggling to put them on and a customer who also was amazing was coming to help, the amazing employee came out and figured them out and got the wipers on. That's great customer service. Thank you!!
