We adopted a new family member, a Great Pyrenees named Maisie. We brought Maisie to the store to have a tag made for her collar. Tamara was so friendly and helpful assisting us with how to use the self serve machine to make the tag. Additionally, Carter was amazing as well! Carter is always so personable and goes over and beyond providing the best customer service! Thank you, to Carter and Tamara for the great shopping experience!
Adding a second review for outstanding and stellar service! Came back two days later to order a second tag for Maisie. This time we were helped by Amy and Carter. Carter once again went the extra mile to assist us with a price adjustment! They are some of the best examples of true customer service we have ever experienced! Both Carter & Amy were so kind and loving towards Maisie, too. They spoiled her with treats and lots of attention. They are assets to your company and deserve some recognition!

After moving last year, we unfortunately switched groomers simply because of the distance. With Brando’s 12th birthday coming up on Wednesday, I really wanted to get him a nice shave and bath, but our current groomer was booked for the next two weeks.
On a whim, I called Noble Dogge and asked if there was any chance they had a last-minute opening for the next day. I spoke with Cierra, who immediately remembered Brando when she saw my number and gladly fit him in! When we arrived, you would have thought we had never left. Cierra was genuinely so excited to see Brando again and was incredibly kind, upbeat, accommodating, and professional.
The entire experience meant so much to me, and I’m sure it meant a lot to Brando, too. He looked fantastic after his grooming! It reminded me exactly why we loved Noble Dogge in the first place. The distance doesn’t matter anymore — we are sticking with Noble Dogge! 💙🐾

They were able to get us in within 20 minutes of making the phone call, which we really appreciated. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate, and we felt like Rosie was in good hands. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because the cost was a bit steep—$300 just for the bloodwork. Overall, though, we were very happy with the care Rosie received.

199 Lucy Road, HowellMy pup, Piper, went to Barktown from puppyhood until she was 5. Unfortunately, we moved so she no longer attends. However, our whole experience was AMAZING!! Barktown was always so flexible with my husband and my schedules and so kind with everything. We also knew our girl loved to go because she would be trying to break down the door and would zoom to go play. All the staff are so fantastic but Ruth and Alex definitely need to be highlighted because they're awesome!

They have a nicely air conditioned inside and patio seating too. We choose the bar. Bartender was friendly and knowledgeable about the beers, happy hour, and food. Ordered one happy hour and one non-happy hour beer. Both delicious. My Unicorn sour didn't have lactose either. Yay! Ordered happy hour apps: chips and verde salsa and pretzels with mustard. Plenty of other bites for omnivores on the menu. Food portions are large, flavors were good, and prices were right. While this was a quick trip, I'd definitely come back to try more beers and food.

She was able to get the chef to make the original version of the bacon Brussels sprouts that were no longer on the menu! She was friendly, funny & quick. I would ask to sit in her section next time I go there. The food was delicious and it was a nice clean inviting atmosphere.
