UPDATE: I CAME IN TONIGHT (5/5/25) FOR SOME CICHLIDS A VERY KIND EMPLOYEE THAT HELPED ME IN FISH THIS EVENING RIGHT BEFORE CLOSE, NAME STARTED WITH A C, (I'm rly bad w/ names I'm so sorry! Shoulder length dark hair) WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND KIND, KNOWLEGABLE AND IMPRESSIVELY PROFESSIONAL AND TRULY CARES FOR THE FISH AND CUSTOMERS. ALSO, THE CASHIER (shorter hair I believe has cool green highlights), WHOMS NAME AS WELL STARTED WITH A C, WAS ALSO ABOVE AND BEYOND HELPFUL AND KIND. NEITHER WERE IN ANY HURRY AND I CAN'T EVEN EXPLAIN HOW AMAZING THEY BOTH WERE! THESE ARE AMAZING EMPLOYEES YOU HAVE. THEY TRULY KEEP ME COMING BACK! THEY ALWAYS MAKE ME FEEL SO WELCOME AND COMFORTABLE, THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I got Cichlids today, the young lady with brown hair is so very kind, as well as the cashier, Luke. Above and beyond, kind and professional. Thank you, I absolutely Love my new fish and have been looking for over 9 mos for these!

First time grooming customer. Coming back for sure because of Ashley B!! She was amazing with my dog!! Will be recommending her to my friends and family for their grooming needs!!! My dog looks like a completely different dog!! Amazing job!! Before & After pics below!!

I went in today, not at all expecting to find a hard to find fish, a Rusty Chichlid and I could not be happier. Everyone was so kind, that blonde young lady that helped me get the fish Sunday evening (i think her name was Amanda) was extremely kind and above and behind, so were the checkout workers! Thankyou so much guys I'll definitely be back!!!

I was in here on Friday afternoon, 5/2/24. They had in stock what I was looking for, and the sales floor associate was helpful, though not super friendly. The reason I am leaving a review is for how poorly I was treated by the cashier. When I walked up to the register I noticed that this cashier was leaning back reading a book. As I set my items down he VERY slowly put his book away and didn't bother saying hello, just flatly said "phone number" to look up my account. Right after I gave him my number, a customer walks in and he immediately looks up and says "HELLO!". Not surprisingly, he didn't thank me for coming in, he just handed me my receipt and said "here ya go", to which I replied "OK". Right as I turned towards the door to head out, he said quite loudly, and with a slightly obnoxious tone, "Have a nice day, thanks for coming in". So I guess I will avoid shopping here ever again, SMH.

Ashley one of the long-time groomers there is absolutely fantastic. My small chihuahua/jack Russell mix is afraid of other dogs and people so she is not a good dog with grooming. Ashely’s confidence really puts me and my dog at ease when I go there for nail trims and my dog tolerates nail trims a lot better. Ashley was also at the end of her shift when I walked in and stayed just because I said my dog’s favorite groomer is there and I was happy about that. I didnt know this until I left and I saw her walk to her car right after she was done with my dog. Then I connected the dots she was on her way out when I walked in. She didnt even mention to me she was leaving. Just started processing my dog’s grooming. Amazing job and I hope she gets to manage the place on day (but hopefully will still cut my dog’s nails lol!)

They always have super helpful people here. And I appreciate that very much I guess what I feel really bad about is watching a recent documentary on all the birds smuggling and wonder what the sources are and where they get their birds it's a pretty sad thing what some of these birds go to to be sold in our country... I wish there was more information on the website that talks about where they get the pets that they have in the store that they sell... As far as the service I will say it's always amazing

My dog was sprayed by a skunk and Amy one of the groomers was able to take care of her if I could get her in by a certain time. Got her (my over 100lb German Shepherd) and she smells like it never happened. Thank you Amy

I like being greeted and acknowledge when I come in the door,the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. My dog always gets attention from the cashier and I like the way the cashier politely asks me if my dog can have a treat (my 1 dog has a sensitive stomach to anything new or different) so that means they genuinely care. What a nice place to shop.

The place was huge There were actually more employees than customers when I was there, but I couldn't get anyone to help me? I wound up ordering the pet heater pad from Amazon in the parking lot? I keep trying to give my business locally? I hate that I have to order things, I should be able to simply purchase from a store like this?
