I love this phamacare on grand river. It’s the best. You get your medicine in 5 or 10 mins or call it in and pick it right up. Best pharmacy in Howell

Doesn't provide 90 day supplies for delivery instead you're 90 is broken down to 30 day on delivery. They claimed to give them 6months and everything would go smoothly, Not the case,gave it and more,and claims to give you medicine and then charges,they have given on occasion but new year and now new ways,they are priceyer then the larger chains,and insurance shows the comparisons,delivery driver was great and nice guy, some of the drivers were different as well, basically seems family owned,or understaffed.Doesnt offer all the needs of a larger chain,but was told on anything, soon! So sorry Sam,I gave my part, but I'm not satisfied with performance, nor am I satisfied that your app gathers information without asking for permission, and I will not install for this reason. If you don't have phone security for your apps, you won't be told. Another is not enough stock, wait can be 2days if you have it delivered.and in the evening, doesn't seem like everyone is on the same page with filling scripts or you gotta call Sam tomorrow. Life saving meds can't be on hold bc of communication or no stock and wait. My meds are spread apart now, I have to call the doctor to fix. Also these reviews of 5 stars cannot be accurate and I don't agree with them at all to all be 5 with my experience. Not a bad pharmacy but surely overrated, just didn't pan out the way it was supposed to as it was so advertised. would NOT RECOMMEND for life saving meds, I would recommend for basic meds.No vaccine still after asked in September, but coming soon. Maybe next September, I'm sure I misunderstood, right!

I really enjoy the friendliness and customer service you get with Howell Pharmacare. I moved to Novi and told them I would not be needing their service any longer. They went above and beyond to still deliver ever script I had perscribed for the 3 months I lived there 2 and 3 times a month. On top of that they are so personable they remember your name and always greet you kindly. Great group of guys!!

Everyone I've ever talked to in here has been fantastic. They seem to genuinely care about their patients, and always seem to be smiling and friendly. Not only are they far kinder than any other pharmacist you'll meet, but they go every single mile necessary to make sure their people are taken care of. If you go to one of the great big places and feel like part of their cattle herd, treat yourself and switch.

By far the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. I started going here in 2020. I moved a half hour away and still use this pharmacy because it’s worth it. They’re very helpful, quick to fill your meds and kind people.

My decision to move my scripts to Pharmacare was one of the best I ever made. Sam, the owner is personable and compassionate, always giving his full attention to his customers. I hear of other pharmacy’s not having some medications in stock, that has never happened. Sam, listens and is very genuine. He feels like a friend that I feel confident will always answer my questions, He’s exceptional! Pharmacare is a huge plus for Howell!
