They say they fixed my car and then when I get it back it's making all kinds of noise. Like the wheel was going to fall off. I'm so thankful I checked bcs it was. The fact to have someone pay $800 and say your car is good to go is a joke. This is the second vehicle I've took there and got it back messed up. I'll will never return to this place they are junk

Roy’s saved the day!! I ended up having a baby kitten who snuck under my car in the rain and could not get her out for anything. When we called Roy’s for advice he said to bring my car in and they would safely remove the cat for free. Shortly the cat was out of harms way and good as new. Thank you Roy and your employees for your outstanding compassion and amazing customer service!

Scheduled an appointment for my truck for a check engine light, got updated throughout the day on their diagnosis estimate was very fair for repairs. Vehicle repairs where completed quickly. Will definitely be coming back to Roy's for any of my vehicles needs!

They’ve worked on my vehicle several times now, and every single visit has been smooth, with clear communication about what was needed and what could wait. This is THE place to go for automotive repair, and the people who work there are very honest. I've had two different cars go through their service, and both cars got wonderful service (my current car still goes there for regular service and repairs). Their honesty is also very important, too, and they don't try to scam like other places. They even helped me buy my current car with their suggestions as mechanics (and I still take this car to Roy's). I will always suggest Roy's to anyone for their amazing service, honesty, and amazing integrity to their customers when it comes to automotive service and repairs.

Took our C7 here based on a friend's recommendation, we have been looking for a trustworthy place to take this car from year to year. Cost was very reasonable, will be back in the future! Ben was very communicative and I appreciated all the phone calls and updates.

Recently we took out C7 Z06 corvette to Roy's. We are always paranoid taking this vehicle anywhere because it is flawless with sub 20k miles on it. That being said, Roy's did an amazing job and gained our trust. For anyone concerned about finding a trustworthy mechanic. Let this review put your mind at ease.
