Imagine pulling up to Shell, the station where the card readers play a game of chance, and the pumps have a mind of their own. Here, the quest for a full tank becomes an adventure, as the payment terminals might accept your card with the enthusiasm of a sleeping guard dog. This often leads to a merry dance of moving from one pump to another, in a quest to find one that hasn't yet succumbed to an existential crisis. It's a process that tests not only your patience but your vehicle's fuel gauge endurance. As for the staff, they've perfected the art of nonchalance. Engaging with them about the challenges of getting fuel is like trying to spark a debate with a serene statue. Any inquiries about the finicky card readers, the elusive receipts, or the pump roulette are met with shrugs that convey an impressive commitment to indifference.Yet, there's a peculiar charm to this chaos. Shell offers not just a fueling stop but a rollercoaster of emotions, a test of resolve, and a peek into a realm where technology decides your fate. The thrill of finding a working pump is akin to striking gold, a moment of victory against the odds.In summary, if you're after a straightforward fill-up, this particular Shell might not be your first choice. But if you yearn for a journey into the unknown, a test of patience, and a glimpse into a world where chaos reigns supreme at the pump, look no further. Just don't expect any sympathy from the staff when you recount your adventures; they're likely too busy not caring to listen.

Easily seen from M59 and Latson Road. Well lit, parking is ample. Inside is usually clean and organized, staff here is rude and not helpful, use caution when going inside.

Gas prices were pretty good. The store seems decent. We went in to buy a bottle of bourbon after filling up. Too bad we had to walk through the smoke of one of the employees smoking outside the back door near the gas pumps. Really turned us off to buying anything there.

This Gas station is the closest one to me and I go out of my way to find another gas station. Gas prices are what they are all over but the customer service is exceptionally rude. The Car wash is usually closed and if you do get a car wash the dryer is half working. If you are looking for a Gas station go somewhere else

Just move to he area and have found this to be my go to gas and car wash station. The employees in the store are always nice and willing to help. The car wash attendant is always a pleasure to deal with. The pre-rinse/window scrub service they do before he car wash is an amazing added bonus. Keep up the good work!

They never have receipts at the pumps. Don't know if it's just laziness or that Shell doesn't provide the paper, but it is a P.I.T.A. when you buy a car wash at the pump.
