This company is a scam, my phone hasn’t worked right for over a year, they had me create a “ticket” for service 3 times when a tech is supposed to call me and no one ever does, but boy do they want THEIR money for a service they don’t even provide!! Worst company ever, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE!!!

T Mobile has monthly billing errors, terrible service where phone calls consistently drop, and awful customer service when it comes to simple question...it takes at least a half hour. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SERVICE.

DO NOT EVER BUY A PHONE FROM THIS BUSINESS ! This is a privately owned T-Mobile. I went into this establishment to utilize the insurance plan for screen protectors that I pay for every month on my bill. The VERY RUDE GENTLEMAN BEHIND THE COUNTER WHO WOULD NOT GIVE ME HIS NAME ! Told me that I needed to call Sprint/T- Mobile to get a new screen protector. I went down the street to a different T Mobile and they instantly took such great care of me and replaced my screen protector at NO CHARGE JUST LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AT THIS STORE. THIS STORE WILL LIE RIGHT TO YOUR FACE TO SAVE A BUCK !!!!!! Do not UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WALK INTO THIS STORE you will be TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF .

I swear, the employees at this store go above and beyond every single time I visit. Pavel and Amber are so incredibly welcoming and patient, and the other members of their team who've helped me in the past, Tyler and Jason, are just incredible guys with great personalities, super helpful, and you can tell know what they're doing. I remember one time I visited when Tyler and Jason were working, and Jason took his lunch break at what seemed like the perfect timing - I was the only customer in the store - and of course, just moments after Jason leaves for lunch two full families arrived (one was there to pick up an order and the other was there to switch to T-Mobile), and then the phone started ringing. I kid you not, Tyler was able to perfectly juggle helping the two families that had arrived, the customer on the phone, and finish helping me with my transaction without a single drop of sweat. These people are on ?? the ?? ball ??.

I came to T-Mobile from Sprint. The staff at 4349 E Grand River were fantastic and hooked me up with the exact phone I came in to check out. I called before arriving to get an idea what they had in stock and they were super helpful over the phone too. This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had getting a new phone and starting a new contract. They made it look easy! The store itself was calm, clean and inviting. I left in a way better mood than when I arrived, and I was already having a good day. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

jason is absolutely amazing. my grandma and i were so frustrated with the phone operators so we ended up going into the store, and he walked us thru everything. he’s super sweet, and super helpful. this location is a bit of a drive for me but i’ll always come here if i have an issue with my phone in the future.

Was shocked by one employee Justin condescending disrespect for my wife and daughter. “Didn’t have time” asked me to leave after I interrupted his disrespecting and shocking service. Simply took our business to other location in Howell. Other employees were fine, but I never seen more disrespectful employee. Take your business to other location. I was shocked!

Customer Business Analysis.I was not aware of the T-Mobile cell phone retailer on Grand River across the street from Leo’s restaurant in Howell MI. Our family needed cell phone upgrades and my cell phone use cycle was marginal. A past review of a different Sprint/T-Mobile retailer had been critical because of substandard performance of staff and customer service. We all decided to give this T-Mobile on Grand River across the street from Leo’s restaurant a chance for our business.This T-Mobile cell phone retailer on Grand River across from Leo’s restaurant from my understanding has been in the area for four years, is a breath of fresh air. The two young men that assisted our family is Jason and Tyler at the time of this writing. These two young men demonstrated their technical knowledge, knowledge of the product line, current understanding of promotions, technical ability related to the cell phone industry.Jason demonstrated a wide range of knowledge related to the cell phone business structures, in relationship to technological operational skills in cell phone devise functionality, 5 G cell towers, cell sites telecommunications coverage. Jason demonstrated a quick wit, a very direct approach in customer public relations. I learned that there is a micro-chip shortage. The cell phone I needed was out of stock. Jason assured me he could get me a phone, and even went out of way to go to the other T-Mobile sister store to get me a phone. As a customer it is a rare occasion to see this level of conscientious personality. Tyler was very proficient related to his ability of data migration, polite, a strong sense of business orientation, knowledgeable of technological data related to cell phones. These two fellows appear to work well together as a team.The customer service at that the newer T-Mobile establishments offered to the public in Livingston County, is major step-up in technical knowledge and customer service in this area. The business owner of these newer T-Mobile operations like many business owners realize the people that represent your business can bring you success, Jason and Tyler at this time of this writing are of a high caliber, and have represented your business with technical knowledge and outstanding customer service at this time conjecture.
